作為挪威公司駐中國(guó)中山辦事處的經(jīng)理,您將負(fù)責(zé)全面監(jiān)控和管理辦事處的日常運(yùn)營(yíng),確保各部門(mén)高效協(xié)作,滿(mǎn)足公司總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和業(yè)務(wù)需求。您需要具備良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)公司設(shè)定的各項(xiàng)業(yè)績(jī)指標(biāo)。 As the office manager in Norway Orient Holding As Zhongshan office, you will be in charge of total management and monitor the daily operation of whole offic, make sure all teams/departments are working in high efficiency and closely team work and cooperation each other. Full fill the company general strategy and business demands. You should be excellent leadership and communication and coordination capability, and lead the whole office and teams/departments to achieve the company target. 主要職責(zé): Major responsibility: (一)全面監(jiān)控運(yùn)營(yíng)Comprehensive Operation Monitoring 1. 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控中山辦公室業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)(包括物流、品管、技術(shù)和采購(gòu)部)的日常工作,確保各部門(mén)正常運(yùn)行及良好緊密合作。 Be responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the Zhongshan Office's business departments(including logistics,quality control,technology,and procurement),ensuring the normal functioning and close cooperation of all departments. 2. 確保ISO質(zhì)量管理體系在辦事處的嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,監(jiān)督各部門(mén)按照ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)開(kāi)展工作,確保通過(guò)內(nèi)審和外審。 Ensure the strict implementation of the ISO quality management system in the office,supervise all departments to conduct work in accordance with ISO standards,and ensure the successful completion of internal and external audits. 3. 及時(shí)處理重大異常,保障公司業(yè)務(wù)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)作。 Handle significant anomalies in a timely manner to ensure the smooth operation of the company's business. (二)ISO質(zhì)量管理體系執(zhí)行Implementation of the ISO Quality Management System 1. 負(fù)責(zé)推動(dòng)和監(jiān)督ISO質(zhì)量管理體系在辦事處的落實(shí),確保所有工作流程符合ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 Be responsible for promoting and supervising the implementation of the ISO quality management system in the office,ensuring that all work processes comply with ISO standards. 2. 定期組織內(nèi)部審核,確保各部門(mén)的工作流程和文件記錄符合ISO要求。 Regularly organize internal audits to ensure that the work processes and documentation of all departments meet ISO requirements. 3. 協(xié)調(diào)外部審核,確保辦事處順利通過(guò)ISO認(rèn)證。 Coordinate external audits to ensure the office's successful certification under the ISO standards. (三)項(xiàng)目與訂單管理Project and Order Management 1. 確保所有項(xiàng)目和訂單符合總公司的要求和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),按時(shí)按質(zhì)按量完成任務(wù)。 Ensure that all projects and orders meet the requirements and standards of the head office,and complete tasks on time,with high quality and in the required quantities. 2. 負(fù)責(zé)審核采購(gòu)部所有文件(包括保密協(xié)議,反***聲明,訂購(gòu)合同,等等) Responsible for reviewing all documents from the procurement department (including confidentiality agreements, anti-corruption declarations, purchase contracts, etc.). 3. 制定并執(zhí)行質(zhì)量控制措施,以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)。 Develop and implement quality control measures to achieve the company's quality objectives. (四)工作計(jì)劃與復(fù)盤(pán)Work Planning and Review 1. 制定并執(zhí)行周工作計(jì)劃,明確每周的工作目標(biāo)和任務(wù)分配。 Develop and execute weekly work plans,clarifying weekly work objectives and task assignments. 2. 采用PDCA(計(jì)劃-執(zhí)行-檢查-行動(dòng))循環(huán)方法,定期復(fù)盤(pán)工作進(jìn)展,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),持續(xù)優(yōu)化工作流程。 Utilize the PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle method to regularly review work progress,summarize lessons learned,and continuously optimize work processes. 3. 定期向上級(jí)匯報(bào)工作計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況,及時(shí)調(diào)整計(jì)劃以應(yīng)對(duì)變化。 Regularly report to superiors on the implementation of work plans,and adjust plans in a timely manner to respond to changes. (五)商業(yè)建議與決策支持Business Advice and Decision-Making Support 1. 為公司高層提供商業(yè)建議,協(xié)助制定并優(yōu)化公司戰(zhàn)略決策,確保公司發(fā)展方向的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性。 Provide business advice to the company's senior management,assist in formulating and optimizing the company's strategic decisions,and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the company's development direction. (六)溝通協(xié)調(diào)Communication and Coordination 1. 協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部各部門(mén)之間的關(guān)系,促進(jìn)部門(mén)間的協(xié)作與溝通。 Coordinate relationships between various departments within the company to promote collaboration and communication. 2. 與挪威總公司保持密切溝通,確保信息傳遞的準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性, 包括安排展會(huì),拜訪(fǎng)供應(yīng)商行程 Maintain close communication with the head office in Norway to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information transmission. (七)外部關(guān)系管理External Relationship Management 1. 與供應(yīng)商、客戶(hù)、合作機(jī)構(gòu)等外部單位建立良好的合作關(guān)系,有效處理工作事務(wù),維護(hù)公司形象和利益。 Establish good cooperative relationships with external entities such as suppliers,customers,and partner organizations,effectively handle work-related matters,and safeguard the company's image and interests. 2.負(fù)責(zé)拜訪(fǎng)所有供應(yīng)商建立與保持良好合作關(guān)系 Responsible for visiting all suppliers to establish and maintain a good working relationship (八)指示復(fù)核與問(wèn)題解決Instruction Review and Problem Solving 1. 復(fù)核各部門(mén)主管發(fā)出的指示,確保其合理性和正確性。 Review instructions issued by department heads to ensure their rationality and correctness. 2. 協(xié)助主管解決工作中遇到的問(wèn)題,提供必要的支持和建議。 Assist department heads in resolving problems encountered in their work,and provide necessary support and suggestions. (九)工作指導(dǎo)與優(yōu)化Work Guidance and Optimization 1. 傳達(dá)公司的要求和指示,明確各部門(mén)的工作方向。 Communicate the company's requirements and directives to clarify the work direction of each department. 2. 教導(dǎo)員工正確的工作思維和方法,優(yōu)化工作流程,提高工作效率和質(zhì)量。 Teach employees the correct way of thinking and methods for work,optimize work processes,and improve work efficiency and quality. (十)員工培訓(xùn)與發(fā)展Employee Training and Development 1. 制定并實(shí)施員工培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,提升員工的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能和管理能力。 Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance employees'professional skills and management capabilities. 2. 定期組織內(nèi)部培訓(xùn),包括ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)培訓(xùn)、質(zhì)量控制培訓(xùn)、溝通技巧培訓(xùn)等。 Regularly organize internal training sessions,including ISO standard training,quality control training,communication skills training,etc. 3. 鼓勵(lì)員工參加外部培訓(xùn)和學(xué)習(xí),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體素質(zhì)。 Encourage employees to participate in external training and learning to improve the overall quality of the team. (十一)制度優(yōu)化System Optimization 1. 持續(xù)優(yōu)化中山辦公室的各項(xiàng)管理制度和流程,提高管理水平和工作效率。 Continuously optimize the management systems and processes of the Zhongshan Office to improve management levels and work efficiency. 2. 定期評(píng)估現(xiàn)有工作流程,提出改進(jìn)建議并推動(dòng)實(shí)施。 Regularly evaluate existing work processes,propose improvement suggestions,and promote their implementation. (十二)出差費(fèi)用與控制Business Trip Expenses and Control 1. 控制,審核所有部門(mén)(物流、品管、技術(shù)和采購(gòu)部)出差費(fèi)用 Control and review business trip expenses for all departments (Logistics, Quality Control, Technology, and Procurement). (十三)向上匯報(bào)Reporting to Superiors 1. 與老板保持緊密溝通,隨時(shí)將發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及解決建議提供給老板。 Maintain close communication with the boss,and provide any identified issues and suggested solutions at any time. 2. 定期提交工作匯報(bào),包括工作進(jìn)展、問(wèn)題總結(jié)、改進(jìn)措施等。 Regularly submit work reports,including progress updates,summaries of problems,and improvement measures. (十四)其他任務(wù)Other Tasks 1. 完成公司委派的其他工作任務(wù),確保公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 Complete other tasks assigned by the company to ensure the smooth achievement of the company's strategic goals. 技能知識(shí): 1. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)流利. Good English in speaking and writing 2. 具備組建良好工作模式及帶領(lǐng)采購(gòu)團(tuán)隊(duì)的能力 Have strong ability of building good working mode and leading sourcing team. 3. 具備較強(qiáng)的人員管理與統(tǒng)籌解決問(wèn)題的能力 Have strong ability of managing people & problem solving. 4. 具備很強(qiáng)的商業(yè)意識(shí) Have strong sense of business 5. 具備很強(qiáng)的談判能力,邏輯思維及統(tǒng)籌能力強(qiáng),善于溝通協(xié)調(diào),能在高壓力下工作,工作效率高 Have strong abilities of negotiation, logical and good at planning, skill at communication and coordination, can work under pressure and efficient 6. 熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application. 7. 懂MICRO SOFT PROJECT MANAGEMENT ,能熟練運(yùn)用和培訓(xùn)團(tuán)隊(duì)使用 Be familiar with MS Project Management, can train the team on this. 8. 懂產(chǎn)品成本結(jié)構(gòu)核算,能正確認(rèn)識(shí)及把握價(jià)格,確保所采購(gòu)的產(chǎn)品之高性?xún)r(jià)比 Good understanding on product cost breakdown, can judge if the price good or not, make sure good cost performance of the purchased products. 9. 懂供應(yīng)鏈管理,能整合采購(gòu)渠道,優(yōu)化采購(gòu)方案,達(dá)到以低成本又高效安全的運(yùn)作項(xiàng)目訂單 ,并逐步降低公司采購(gòu)成本. Familiar with supplier chain management, can integrate purchase channels, optimize purchase plan then to operate the projects and orders in high efficiency as well as low cost. Need to make the cost down gradually. 10. 具備一定的合同法務(wù)知識(shí) Has basic law knowledge on contract judgment. 11. 能接受出差 Business trip is acceptable 教育背景:本科或以上,碩士以上優(yōu)先考慮/ Bachelor or above,Master Degree or above preferred 行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn):10年以上國(guó)內(nèi)外采購(gòu)或進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗(yàn),5年以上外國(guó)公司同等職位人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) At least 10 years’ working experience in domestic and international stocking or import and export trading, at least 5 years experience as the similar position in foreign company on managing a team. 崗位福利: 五險(xiǎn)一金,補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn),餐飲補(bǔ)貼,出差補(bǔ)貼,高溫補(bǔ)貼,定期體檢,年終獎(jiǎng),國(guó)家法定節(jié)假日,暑假,圣誕節(jié)假等,五天八小時(shí)工作制
