作為挪威公司駐中國(guó)辦事處采購(gòu)部主管,您將負(fù)責(zé)全面管理和優(yōu)化采購(gòu)流程,確保所有項(xiàng)目按時(shí)、高質(zhì)量及優(yōu)勢(shì)價(jià)格地交付給挪威總部。您需要具備出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,能夠帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效地完成各項(xiàng)采購(gòu)任務(wù),同時(shí)不斷優(yōu)化工作流程,降低成本,提高采購(gòu)效率。 As the sourcing supervisor in Norway Orient Holding As Zhongshan office, you will be in charge of total management and optimize the sourcing procedure, make sure all projects could be delivered to Norway HQ in time, good quality and competitive price. You should be excellent leadership and team work capability, and lead the team to achieve the sourcing task efficiently, and can keeping improve the working procedure, reduce cost and high efficiency. 主要職責(zé): Major responsibility: 1. 項(xiàng)目采購(gòu)與生產(chǎn)管理:負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)組所有項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)、開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和出貨流程,確保項(xiàng)目能夠準(zhǔn)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確地交付給挪威總部 Project sourcing and progress management : Be responsible of all projects of sourcing team, including sourcing, development , production following and logistic following, make sure the project and delivery to Norway customer in item, good quality and competitive price. 2. 供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與管理:帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行新供應(yīng)商的開發(fā)、評(píng)估、選擇和管理,建立穩(wěn)定、高效的供應(yīng)鏈體系 Supplier development and management: Lead the team member or the new supplier sourcing, development, evaluation, picking, and management, establish stable and high efficiency supply chain. 3. 訂單項(xiàng)目時(shí)間管理:負(fù)責(zé)所有訂單項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間管理和進(jìn)度管理,確保項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃順利推進(jìn) Order project timeline management: Be responsible of all order and project timeline set up and follow up, make sure the project handling as plan smoothly. 4. 報(bào)價(jià)與成本分析:協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商的報(bào)價(jià)比較、評(píng)估和成本分析,協(xié)助進(jìn)行價(jià)格談判,確保采購(gòu)成本控制在合理范圍內(nèi) Quotation and cost breakdown: support team member for the quotation comparison , price evaluation, cost breakdown and price negotiation, make sure the purchasing price is reasonable 5. 合同條款談判:協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)成員與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行合同條款的談判,確保合同條款符合公司利益和法律要求 Contract negotiation: support team member for contract negotiation with supplier, make sure the contract terms are fulfill the company benefit and law request. 6. 溝通協(xié)調(diào):協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部、公司跨部門之間的溝通,以及與工廠和挪威總部的溝通,確保信息傳遞的準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性。 Coordinate the communication: Coordinate the communication between team member, and cross departments communication , and the communication between supplier and Norway HQ/customer.
7. 流程監(jiān)督與匯報(bào):監(jiān)督團(tuán)隊(duì)成員按流程執(zhí)行日常工作,確保采購(gòu)流程的規(guī)范性和有效性;定期向辦公室經(jīng)理匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)展和成果 Procedure monitor and report: Monitor the daily working procedure ,make sure the sourcing procedure is followed up efficiently , report to office manager for the project status and result 8. 工作流程優(yōu)化:負(fù)責(zé)優(yōu)化采購(gòu)工作流程,提高工作效率和質(zhì)量;定期向辦公室經(jīng)理提出改進(jìn)建議 Working procedure optimization : Be responsible of optimizing the sourcing procedure, improve the working efficiency and quality, report to office manager for the improvement suggestions. 9. 團(tuán)隊(duì)管理與培訓(xùn):負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的工作分配和培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃制定,調(diào)整資源匹配工作任務(wù),提高團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和工作能力 Team management and training: Be responsible for the task allocation to team members, adjust the resource to match the task target, keep training the team member, improve the team member’s professional working and capability. 10. 跨部門合作:與公司技術(shù)質(zhì)量部、物流組等部門緊密合作,確保采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目的順利進(jìn)行和交付 Cross teams cooperation : Work with others teams including technical /quality team, logistic team etc. closely, make sure the sourcing projects delivery to Norway in time. 11. 費(fèi)用預(yù)算控制:配合公司的費(fèi)用預(yù)算要求,監(jiān)督本部門的費(fèi)用成本,確保采購(gòu)成本控制在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi);定期向辦公室經(jīng)理匯報(bào)費(fèi)用成本情況 Budge and Expense control: match the budget to manage and monitor the sourcing activity expense of sourcing team,make sure the sourcing cost is within the budget, report to office manager the expense situation and request
Skill技能知識(shí): 1.英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利. Good English in speaking and writing 2.具備供應(yīng)商開拓、談判與管理能力 Have ability of supplier exploiting, negotiating and managing 3.具備人員管理與獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的能力Have ability of managing people & problem solving. 4.熟悉辦公室軟件及電腦操作. Good computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office application. 5.有廚具,電子,五金,家俱,塑膠制品,燈具,酒店用品等產(chǎn)品采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。have sourcing experience on kitchen, garments, electronic products, hardware, furniture, lamp, hotel equipments etc. products are preferred
崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn): 六年以上國(guó)內(nèi)外采購(gòu)或進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易經(jīng)驗(yàn),有人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先At least 6 years’ working experience in domestic and international purchasing or import and export trading, have experience on managing people is preferred 行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn): 專業(yè)不限,國(guó)際貿(mào)易、商務(wù)英語(yǔ)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 International Business and English major preferred, but not limited to 福利:五險(xiǎn)一金,補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn),餐飲補(bǔ)貼,出差補(bǔ)貼,高溫補(bǔ)貼,定期體檢,年終獎(jiǎng),國(guó)家法定節(jié)假日,暑假,圣誕節(jié)假等,五天八小時(shí)工作制
