● In close contact with the Regional Sale Manager, exceeded the John Crane’s strategy including ensuring that we win all those regional projects considered to be strategic to JC

● Provide adequate support to OEM, by training to promote John Cranes products and solutions.

● Identify and influence key regional decision makers on projects (EU’s, EPC’s & OEM’s) to gain John Crane specification for target projects for Turbo business

● Direct responsibility for OEM in China to influence and upsell during early stages of project

● Enhance JC product portfolio by expanding the offers with Filters and Couplings.

● Work with the EU and other teams closely to ensure and improve regional communication and co-ordination. Enhance team collaboration across First Fit organization to increase the win rate

● Ensure proper use of C4C and SAP Jam as a sales communication tool

Qualifications
● Minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales, contract or project management experience.
至少3-5年相關銷售、合同或項目管理經驗。
● Degree educated in a technical discipline (Chemical Eng or Mechanical Eng or equivalent)
技術專業(yè)學位(化學工程或機械工程或同等專業(yè))
● Proved experience in Projects Sales / Turbo OEMs management together with a rotating equipment experience.
有項目銷售/透平主機管理方面的經驗,以及流體機械設備方面的經驗。
● In-depth understanding of Oil and Gas / Petrochemical business.

● Excellent communication & presentation skills, both verbal and written
