Job Summary The candidate will work with Customer’s innovative Reliability Engineering team in hardware engineering group. The engineer/PM will be responsible for leading and executing reliability tests on display panel of the new products. Key Qualifications ?5+ years working experience in display panel industry and factory environments ?Good knowledge on LCD/OLED display panels’ design and failure analysis ?Basic reliability experiences including Mechanical Stress Tests and Environmental Tests ?Great communication skills and be good at co-working with cross-functional teams ?Strong attention to details ?Application of DOE (design of Experiments) ?Good written and verbal communication skills in English& Mandarin ?Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time ?Ability to complete tests and resolve problems in an unattended manner ?Dynamic and “can do” attitude with a desire to work with a great team and product ?Flexibility and adaptability to accept new tasks Description ?Preparing concise and detailed test plans and test reports ?Statistical data analysis to provide risk assessments of a design ?Prioritizing and completing tasks to meet deadlines ?Providing design input to improve product reliability when necessary ?Interacting with a wide variety of individuals and teams to communicate results ?Less than 5% traveling frequency
