職位描述:
1. 制定并執(zhí)行采購計劃:根據(jù)公司需求和預算制定采購計劃,選擇供應商,談判價格和條款,確保采購過程高效、合規(guī)。
2. 管理供應鏈關系:與供應商建立良好的合作關系,監(jiān)督供應商的績效,解決供應商問題,確保供應鏈暢通。
3. 控制采購成本:通過談判、招標等方式降低采購成本,優(yōu)化采購流程,控制采購風險,實現(xiàn)成本節(jié)約和效益最大化。
4. 進行市場分析:研究市場動態(tài),了解行業(yè)趨勢,尋找新的供應商資源,提前預警市場風險。
任職要求:
1. 大專及以上學歷,2年及以上外貿行業(yè)采購管理經驗,擁有資源更佳;
2. 會簡單的英語交流,能以英語作為工作語言,與外籍同事高效溝通;
3. 熟練操作Office等辦公軟件,誠實可靠,能承擔較大的工作壓力。
Job Description
1. Develop and implement procurement needs: Develop procurement plans based on company needs and budget, select suppliers, negotiate prices and terms to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.
2. Manage supply chain relationships: Establish good cooperation with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, resolve supplier issues, and ensure smooth supply chain operations.
3. Control procurement costs: Reduce procurement costs through negotiation, bidding, optimize procurement processes, control procurement risks, and maximize cost savings and benefits.
4. Conduct market analysis: Research market dynamics, understand industry trends, seek new supplier resources, and proactively alert market risks.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, with 2 years or more of purchasing management experience in the foreign trade industry, having resources is preferable.
2. Able to use English as a working language and communicate effectively with foreign colleagues.
3. Proficient in operating Office and other office software, honest and reliable, able to handle significant work pressure.
