1、SUMMARY概述
Responsible for product aftermarket service and aftermarket sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and completing aftermarket sales tasks.
負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)和售后件銷售,確保客戶滿意度,完成售后件銷售任務(wù)。
2、ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to :
主要職責(zé)和責(zé)任包括但不限于如下所述:
1) Assist in formulating aftermarket service strategic plan, make service budgets,
and prepare specific aftermarket service regulations. Prepare a list of
exploded parts for aftermarket service and create a user manual. Customer
complaints arising from sold products are accepted in accordance with the
complaint handling process, objective and serious identification and
responsibility division are carried out according to the specific
complaint content, and the investigation situation is reported to the
customer in a timely manner to obtain customer recognition.
參與制定售后服務(wù)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,編制服務(wù)預(yù)算,編制具體的售后服務(wù)章程,編制售后件爆炸圖零件清單,編制用戶手冊(cè)。對(duì)出售的產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)的客戶投訴按照投訴處理流程進(jìn)行受理,根據(jù)具體投訴內(nèi)容進(jìn)行客觀、認(rèn)真的鑒定及責(zé)任劃分,并及時(shí)將調(diào)查情況反饋給客戶,取得客戶認(rèn)同;
2) In responseto mark et feedback, internally give feedback and suggestions on problems existing in the product; coordinate relevant departments for improvements.
針對(duì)市場(chǎng)反饋,對(duì)產(chǎn)品存在的問題進(jìn)行內(nèi)部反饋并提出建議;對(duì)因生產(chǎn)管控產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部相關(guān)部門做出改善;
3) According to the market and customer needs, combined with the company's sales development, screening and establishing a nationwide service system and
network, and regularly conducting assessments and settlements with service
stations, improving product service response efficiency and customer satisfaction.
根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和客戶需求,同時(shí)結(jié)合公司的銷售發(fā)展情況,篩選和建立全國(guó)的服務(wù)體系和網(wǎng)絡(luò),定期對(duì)服務(wù)站進(jìn)行考核結(jié)算,提高產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的響應(yīng)效率和客戶滿意度;
4) Regularly conduct return visits to the market and customers, collect market feedback and performance of products, and collect the performance of competitors.
定期對(duì)市場(chǎng)和客戶開展回訪工作,收集產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)反饋和表現(xiàn),收集競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的表現(xiàn);
5) Manage the safety stock of aftermarket parts, forecast demand, regularly check the rationality of the safety stock of aftermarket parts, and ensure the guarantee of aftermarket parts.
售后件安全庫存管理,提出預(yù)測(cè)需求,定期檢查售后件安全庫存合理性,確保售后件的保障。
6) According to the annual aftermarket sales targets and tasks, achieve sales revenue.
根據(jù)年度售后件銷售指標(biāo)和任務(wù),完成銷售額。
7) Fulfill other tasks assigned by superior except for the above mentioned duties.
除上述職責(zé)外,還應(yīng)完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作任務(wù)。
其他特殊要求Other special requirements:
1) Overseas working experiences is a plus. 有海外工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
2) More than five years of aftersales service related work experience, familiar with special vehicle industry is a plus.
五年以上售后服務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉專用車行業(yè)優(yōu)先;
3) 語言能力 CET-4 or above 大學(xué)英語四級(jí)或以上;
4) Be familiar with office software such as word, Excel, PPT, etc..
能熟練使用辦公軟件Word、Excel、PPT等;
5)Strong sense of responsibility and be loyal to the company.
