1.Bachelor degree or higher from university
2.3 years‘ work experience, automotive background preferred. Experience in
Logistics preferred. preferred..
3．Familiar with vehicle structure and manufacturing processes.
4.Familiar with the parts list system of Volkswagen Group. Strong sense of self drive, responsibility and full of innovation.
5.Good communication skills, teamwork and work efficiently under high pressure. Proficient in the use of MS Office software. Able to use data analysis software e.g. Power BI or Python is beneficial.
6.Excellent language skills in English (written and spoken). German proficiency is beneficial.
7.Project management and OEM new vehicle project experience is beneficial.

6.優(yōu)秀的英語語言能力（書面和口頭）。精通德語是有益的。
7.有項目管理和OEM新車項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
工作內(nèi)容：
This position is an important connection between R&D and Production and is
responsible for the technical data management relating to the BOM for Production &
Logistics. Maintenance of Taufung data and timely and accurate maintenance of the
Production BOM t o ensure effective operation of the supply chain data flow.
該職位是研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)之間的重要紐帶，負責與生產(chǎn)和物料清單相關(guān)的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)管理
物流。對Taufung的數(shù)據(jù)進行及時、準確的維護、生產(chǎn)BOM以確保供應(yīng)鏈數(shù)據(jù)流的有效運行。
1．Setup, activation and startup of initial data in the system at the beginning of a new
project and update, modification of system rules, if necessary.
2．Organize the Taufung regular meetings in the pre series phase, cooperate with
relevant departments to complete the definition of part assembly level and
workshop location, maintenance of the system, and solve problems encountered
in this process.
3．Complete the daily worklists, maintain and manage parts system according to the
project schedule, and ensure the effective transmission of the parts information in
the production system to the downstream system.
4．Consultancy services for data users, be able to identify problems in the data
transmission process and quickly analyze the causes and develop corresponding
solutions.
5．Necessary system controls and tests based on upstream and downstream
requirements to ensure the effective transmission of the parts information in the
production.
6．Provide various reports and part lists as required by the project.
7．Support the implementation or extension of IT systems. Confirm the business
blueprint and business process of the localization system with the IT department,
and assist in the data preparation and migration after the system goes live.
8．Prepare and release standard documents, work processes and QMS documents.
9．Identify areas of potential improvement within Pre series Logistics.
1．設(shè)置、激活和啟動初始數(shù)據(jù)在系統(tǒng)中的一個新的開始，如有必要，項目和更新，修改系統(tǒng)規(guī)則。
2．組織公司系列前期的例會，配合完成相關(guān)部門對零件裝配水平的定義車間定位，系統(tǒng)維護，并解決在這個過程中遇到的問題。
3．完成日常工作清單，根據(jù)工作指導(dǎo)書維護和管理零件系統(tǒng)，項目進度，并確保零件信息的有效傳遞，從生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)到下游系統(tǒng)。
4．為數(shù)據(jù)使用者提供咨詢服務(wù)，能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)中的問題，并迅速分析傳輸過程中的原因并制定相應(yīng)的方案，解決方案。
5．基于上下游的必要系統(tǒng)控制和測試，要求保證零件信息的有效傳遞生產(chǎn)。
6．根據(jù)項目需要提供各種報告和零件清單。
7．支持IT系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)或擴展。確認業(yè)務(wù)與IT部門合作制定本地化系統(tǒng)的藍圖和業(yè)務(wù)流程；協(xié)助系統(tǒng)上線后的數(shù)據(jù)準備和遷移工作。
8．準備和發(fā)布標準文件、工作流程和質(zhì)量管理體系文件。
9．確定Pre系列物流的潛在改進領(lǐng)域。
