職位：貿(mào)易合規(guī)專家AP 主要職責(zé)： ?作為亞太地區(qū)貿(mào)易合規(guī)事務(wù)的主要負(fù)責(zé)人，負(fù)責(zé)亞太地區(qū)的進(jìn)出口活動管理。 ?HTS驗(yàn)證或AP國家的新分類，以確保每個PN都有可靠的分類證明。 ?就進(jìn)出口問題提供建議，支持解決清關(guān)過程中出現(xiàn)的異常。 ?處理內(nèi)部或外部發(fā)起的審計(jì)。 ?熟悉CAP國家的GST，通過與供應(yīng)鏈/稅務(wù)/3PL合作建立GST流程； ?與運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)一起跟蹤、解釋法規(guī)并采取行動。 ?全球項(xiàng)目支持，從貿(mào)易合規(guī)的角度提供投入。 你的背景： ?有在中國或亞太地區(qū)國家處理HTS/HS編碼分類的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉第84/85章者優(yōu)先。 ?了解估值、原產(chǎn)國、自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定和其他海關(guān)合規(guī)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域。 ?本科以上學(xué)歷，5年以上進(jìn)出口工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 ?有亞太貿(mào)易合規(guī)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。 ?As key focal for AP trade compliance affairs, be responsible for import & export activities management in Asian Pacific. ?HTS verification or newly classification for AP countries, to make sure every PN has a solid proof for the classification. ?Advise on import & export issues, support to fix abnormal happened during customs clearance. ?Deal with audit initiated internally or externally. ?Familiar with GST in CAP countries, set up GST flow by collaborating with supply chain/ tax/ 3PLs; ?Regulations tracking, interpretation and taking actions with operation team. ?Global project support, to provide input at trade compliance perspective. Your background ?Experience deal with HTS/ HS code classification in China or AP countries, familiar with Chapter 84/85 would be a plus. ?Knowledge of valuation, country of origin, FTA, and other customs compliance related areas. ?Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years working experience to deal with import/ export affairs. ?Working experience for Asia Pacific trade compliance is preferred. ?Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
