職位描述
職責(zé):
1. 分析和優(yōu)化機(jī)械產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu);
2. 非標(biāo)設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì),包括設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)、部件選型、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、加工圖紙輸出;
3. 參與研發(fā)中的設(shè)備調(diào)試、技術(shù)實(shí)驗(yàn),參與跟蹤新產(chǎn)品試制過程;
4. 與電氣工程師配合負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備的控制參數(shù)設(shè)置與優(yōu)化,制定設(shè)備的基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)語基數(shù)說明;
5. 負(fù)責(zé)收集整理基數(shù)資料,編寫B(tài)OM清單等技術(shù)文件;
6. 與團(tuán)隊(duì)和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)保持出色的溝通,確保溝通清晰,及時(shí),流暢,高效;
7. 針對(duì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行技術(shù)調(diào)查、快速原型設(shè)計(jì)、零件制作、樣機(jī)組裝;
8. 選擇組件,設(shè)置模型機(jī),進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品測試,并提供技術(shù)支持;
9. 負(fù)責(zé)解決機(jī)械設(shè)備裝配調(diào)試過程中的異常情況,進(jìn)行設(shè)備的改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化,并形成文檔。

任職要求:
1. 本科以上學(xué)歷,具有良好的英文閱讀和寫作能力;
2. 熟練使用 SolidWorks 或相關(guān)軟件;
3. 對(duì)常見機(jī)械組件的供應(yīng)鏈有良好的了解,能進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化設(shè)備方案的制定和評(píng)估,能具體快遞完成設(shè)計(jì);
4. 能夠有效和清晰地溝通;
5. 思維清晰,有主動(dòng)性、執(zhí)行力、自驅(qū)力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
6. 具備項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and optimize mechanical product structures.
2. Non-standard equipment design, including design structure, component selection, process design, processing drawings output;
2. Participate in equipment debugging and technical experiments in R&D,track the trial production process of new products;
3. Work with electrical engineers to set & optimize the control parameters of the equipment, and formulate the base standard of the equipment.
4. Responsible for collecting and sorting out base data, writing technical documents such as BOM list;
6. Keep clear, timely, smooth and high efficient communication with teams and superior manager.
7. Technical investigation, rapid prototyping, parts production, prototype assembly for product structure
8. Select components, set up model machines, conduct product testing, and provide technical support.
?Requirements:
9. Responsible for solving the abnormal situation in the process of mechanical equipment assembly and debugging, and improving and optimizing the equipment.

1. Master Degree, strong English reading and writing skills.
2. Proficiency in SolidWorks or related software.
3. Good understanding of the supply chain for common mechanical components;be able to develop and evaluate the automation equipment scheme, and complete the design concretely and quickly;
4. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
5. Clear thinking, initiative, execution, self-motivation, and teamwork spirit.
6. Experience with project manager is a plus.
