Job Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement overseas sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and profit goals.
2.Manage overseas sales teams, establish job responsibilities, optimize sales processes, supervise, guide and evaluate process of sales management and improve customer conversion & satisfaction.
3.Collaborate efficiently with after-sales service、marketing、accounting、finance、and insurance departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales.
4.Expand and build partnerships with government agencies, and key accounts.
5.Analyze market competition and adjust market strategies /sales policy.
6.Monitor inventory turnover and capital efficiency while ensuring compliance.
7.Lead local marketing, community and circle initiatives to enhance brand presence.
Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above,open to all majors.
2.Experience:
-5+years in automotive sales, including 3+ years managing experiences in brand 4S dealerships or direct chain store,Japanese/South Korean brands/VW .or NEV brands preferrable.
-Proven success in new market expansion or Re-purchase/Referral.
-Cross-border team management or overseas work experience preferrable.
3.Skills:
-Proficient in English (IELTS /TOEFL/TEM-8/ CET-6 or equivalent); Capable of working in full English environment; French as second language preferrable.
-Deep knowledge of overseas automotive market and consumer behavior.
–Proficient in systems and data analysis tools.
4.Attributes:
