Responsibilities-Responsible for AP/AR management,應(yīng)收、應(yīng)付 -Prepare Financial statement,財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表 -Coordinate with auditor on yearly auditing work,配合香港會(huì)計(jì)年審 -Control cost, keeping a strict record of all office expenditures and managing the budget including all required receipts, certificates and other required documents ,成本控制,費(fèi)用報(bào)銷 -Organizing all necessary filing systems and documents. Check all the paper work, e.g.. Purchase order, shipping documents etc.,文件規(guī)整-Responsibility for and maintaining all supplies of stationery, electronic and IT equipment to ensure the office runs efficiently and productively,辦公用品采購(gòu) Requirements -Bachelor degree, major in Finance/Accounting.會(huì)計(jì)專業(yè) -More than 3 years accounting experience; 3年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn) -HK audit experience is preferable,有香港審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為佳 -Precise to work, follow process, planning and organizing,認(rèn)真,仔細(xì) -Good command of English/Mandarin ,良好英文水平 -Good PC skills, especially ?Excel ,良好電腦操作水平 -Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity ,良好溝通,責(zé)任心強(qiáng) -Self-motivated, team spirit,團(tuán)隊(duì)精神 -Honest, reliable; flexible ,誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠
