崗位職責
1、維護發(fā)展客戶關(guān)系,收集客戶端產(chǎn)品反饋,捕捉客戶技術(shù)需求,發(fā)掘潛在訂單合作機會或推進產(chǎn)品改進.
Maintain and develop customer relationships, collect customer feedback, confirm customer technical requirements, explore potential order, cooperation opportunities and promote product improvement.
2、充分利用客戶管理系統(tǒng),建立和完善技術(shù)支持信息管理及分享平臺,并逐步實現(xiàn)全球技術(shù)資源最大化共享.
Make full use of customer management system, establish and improve technical support information management and sharing platform, and gradually to maximize the global technical resources sharing.
3、負責招投標及訂單技術(shù)可行性評審,主導技術(shù)談判,推動雙方技術(shù)上達成一致,積極配合銷售實現(xiàn)訂單簽訂.
Responsible for bidding and order technical feasibility review, leading technical negotiation, push both sides reach an agreement, Cooperate with sales to achieve the order.
4、針對特殊技術(shù)要求訂單,通過跨部門溝通協(xié)作保證訂單順利交付.
In view of the special technical requirements order, through inter-departmental communication to
ensure order delivery smoothly.
5、整合內(nèi)部資源及時為客戶或銷售提供產(chǎn)品/技術(shù)問題解決方案。定期整理歸納FAQ,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量
Integrate internal resources to provide product or technical solution proposal for customer in time, periodic summary of FAQ, improve service quality.
6、主導客戶定制化產(chǎn)品開發(fā),跨部門進行項目評審,根據(jù)結(jié)論推進產(chǎn)品實現(xiàn)或向客戶建議替代方案
Leading customized product development, Inter-departmental project review, or provide customer
backup solution.
7、參與并配合客戶或客戶委托的第三方驗貨機構(gòu)進行審核或驗貨
Participate and assist customer or customer entrusted third party organization to inspect cargos.
8、定期組織面向銷售及銷售相關(guān)部門的技術(shù)培訓,提升銷售人員及支持人員的專業(yè)技術(shù)水平
Periodic organize technique training to sales, to improve sales and technique support engineer's technical level.
任職要求
1.Education Background: Bachelor in electronic or related major.
2.Work experience: Two years or above in technique support or Quality management experience, related industry experience is preferred.
3.Skills: Fluent speaking/writing in English, familiar with office software.
4.Attitude: Result oriented, good time management skills. Group internal coordination as well as communication and reaching agreement with partners and suppliers in responsible areas. Excellent initiative, engagement and personal responsibility.
