Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the development of domestic and international institutional clients (governments, international organizations, enterprises, etc.), and promote the public welfare projects and cooperation plans of the foundation.
2. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships, conduct regular follow-up visits to clients, explore potential cooperation needs, and promote the implementation of projects.
3. Plan and organize public welfare activities to enhance the brand influence of the foundation.
4. Collect domestic and international public welfare industry trends, policies and regulations, as well as information about competitors, and provide a basis for the strategic adjustment of the foundation.
5. Analyze client needs and write professional materials such as project proposals and cooperation plans.
6. Collaborate with departments such as project management, legal affairs, and finance to ensure the compliant progress of projects and the efficient integration of resources.
7. Assist the foundation in participating in international exchange activities and promoting transnational cooperation projects.
8. Publicize the foundation's concepts and achievements through media, social platforms and other channels to enhance public awareness.
9. Cooperate with the foundation to participate in global public welfare initiatives and expand its international influence.
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to international relations, public administration, sociology, economics, etc.
2. More than 3 years of sales/project experience in public welfare organizations, international institutions or multinational enterprises, with priority given to those who have resources in the field of sustainable development.
3. Familiar with the operation process of public welfare projects and have experience in planning and executing large-scale activities.
4. Proficient in English or other foreign languages and have cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Familiar with the policies and regulations of the public welfare industry, and those holding relevant qualification certificates (such as public welfare practice qualification certificates) will be given priority.
6. Have a strong sense of social responsibility and mission, and recognize the concept of "a community with a shared future for mankind".
7. Excellent negotiation skills, stress resistance and team spirit.
8. Clear logic, good at writing plans and reports, and have data analysis capabilities.
9. Be able to adapt to frequent domestic and international business trips, and participate in international conferences and project research.
