As AB Inbev needs to be SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliant, and have minimun internal control standards rolled out in all entities, locations (incl. Breweries, Distribution centers, shared service centers, etc) in BU East Asia. We currently seeking an Non commercial compliance SME to join us, reporting to Non commercial Manager. Responsible for monitoring the effectiveness for the design and execution of current control process, “Measurement of residual risk” after control execution by mining our process data and leverage data & analytics for insights to address key risk exposures.
Responsibilities
崗位職責:
1) To assist Internal Control Manager To standardize and optimize the current Internal Control process and Risk management 協(xié)助內(nèi)控經(jīng)理對內(nèi)控流程和風險管理流程進行優(yōu)化及標準化
2) As the team member compliance, he/she should ensure that proper compliance processes are in
place and improve the overall compliance level to policies, MICS and DAG
作為合規(guī)團隊的成員,推動合規(guī)流程得到實施,提升政策、MICS和DAG等內(nèi)控制度的合規(guī)水平
3) To ensure the routine management and risk management in consistence with global BSC process
確保在常規(guī)管理和風險管理方面和全球BSC總流程的一致性
Experience
工作經(jīng)驗:
1) 2 years management experience is must, especially the experience of Internal Control and Internal Audit
至少2年的內(nèi)控、內(nèi)審管理方面的經(jīng)驗
2) Large enterprise groups headquater experience or Big 4 experience is preferred
大型集團總部或者四大相關(guān)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
3) CPA is preferred
注冊會計師優(yōu)先
Technical competencies:(Job related)
技術(shù)能力(崗位相關(guān)的):
1) Excellent Korean and fluent English, good Japanese would be a plus
優(yōu)秀的韓語水平和流利的英語,同時日語流利更佳
2) Result oriented leadership and management of daily operation skills

3) Strong communication and change management skills

4) Proficient in workflow,SAP

Education
教育背景:
1)Bachelor and above
本科及以上學歷
2)Major in Auditing or Finance related
