崗位職責：

1. 日常管理：
• 主持并負責海運出口部門的日常管理工作。
• 根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營決策，制定經(jīng)營目標和工作計劃，確保各項任務指標的完成。
2. 運營監(jiān)控：
• 抽查部門工作質量，制定并實施異常事件的控制、預防和解決策略。
• 定期分析并上報部門內(nèi)部營運數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案。
3. 員工管理：
• 負責部門員工的全面管理、調(diào)配和考核。
• 進行團隊建設和人才培養(yǎng)工作。
4. 業(yè)務培訓：
• 負責部門員工的業(yè)務培訓。
• 配合公司完成各類員工培訓。
5. SOP改進和優(yōu)化：
• 改進和優(yōu)化海運操作SOP。
• 定期調(diào)整系統(tǒng)和團隊的工作量，確保合理分工和高效運作。
• 培養(yǎng)中層管理梯隊，設計員工成長培育途徑。
6. 客戶和供應商關系維護：
• 定期拜訪一級貨代等重要供應商及客戶，保持良好的合作關系。
7. 其他工作：
• 完成上級領導安排的其他工作。

任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學歷，5年以上海運、貨代行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗；有船東工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。 2. 熟悉國內(nèi)或國際海運貨代行業(yè)市場，有一定的海運貨代資源； 3. 對于海運出口操作團隊的管理有方法論，具有較強的管理經(jīng)驗和能力，能夠管控團隊成員的工作量、差錯率、客訴率達到公司服務標準，并有能力制定部門SOP和落地實施； 4. 熟悉客戶關系管理，有較強的團隊建設能力、風險預警能力； 5. 英語能力良好，能夠和國外代理郵件或電話溝通； 6. 工作細致、嚴謹，性格開朗，可以承受工作壓力，具有獨立解決問題的能力和較強的團隊合作意識、橫向及跨部門溝通能力強。 福利待遇： 1. 薪資構成：底薪+五險一金+年終獎+十三薪+績效獎金; 2. 工作時間：早九晚六，周末雙休，法定節(jié)假日; 3. 福利構成：帶薪年假+員工體檢+周年福利+團建旅行。 Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily Management:
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ocean export department.
• Develop operational goals and work plans based on company decisions to ensure the completion of departmental tasks.
2. Operations Monitoring:
• Inspect department work quality, formulate and implement strategies for controlling, preventing, and resolving exceptions.
• Regularly analyze and report internal operational data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
3. Employee Management:
• Fully manage, allocate, and assess department employees.
• Facilitate team building and talent development.
4. Training:
• Conduct business training for department employees.
• Assist the company in completing various employee training programs.
5. SOP Improvement and Optimization:
• Improve and optimize ocean operation SOPs.
• Adjust system and team workloads regularly to ensure rational division of labor and efficient operations.
• Develop middle management and design employee growth pathways.
6. Client and Supplier Relationship Maintenance:
• Regularly visit primary freight forwarders and important suppliers and clients to maintain good cooperative relationships.
7. Other Duties:
• Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirement 1.Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in the ocean shipping or freight forwarding industry in a similar role. 2.Familiar with the domestic or international ocean freight forwarding market and have certain resources in the ocean freight forwarding industry. 3.Have methodologies for managing ocean export operation teams, strong management experience and capabilities, able to control team members' workloads, error rates, and customer complaint rates to meet company service standards, and capable of formulating and implementing departmental SOPs. 4.Familiar with customer relationship management, with strong team building and risk alerting capabilities. 5.Good English skills, able to communicate with foreign agents via email or phone. 6.Detail oriented, meticulous, cheerful personality, able to handle work pressure, have independent problem shooting skills and strong teamwork awareness, with strong inter-departmental communication skills.
