崗位職責(zé):
- 日常管理:
- 主持并負(fù)責(zé)海運(yùn)出口部門的日常管理工作。
- 根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營(yíng)決策,制定經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)和工作計(jì)劃,確保各項(xiàng)任務(wù)指標(biāo)的完成。
- 運(yùn)營(yíng)監(jiān)控:
- 抽查部門工作質(zhì)量,制定并實(shí)施異常事件的控制、預(yù)防和解決策略。
- 定期分析并上報(bào)部門內(nèi)部營(yíng)運(yùn)數(shù)據(jù),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出解決方案。
- 員工管理:
- 負(fù)責(zé)部門員工的全面管理、調(diào)配和考核。
- 進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和人才培養(yǎng)工作。
- 業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn):
- 負(fù)責(zé)部門員工的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。
- 配合公司完成各類員工培訓(xùn)。
- SOP改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化:
- 改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化海運(yùn)操作SOP。
- 定期調(diào)整系統(tǒng)和團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作量,確保合理分工和高效運(yùn)作。
- 培養(yǎng)中層管理梯隊(duì),設(shè)計(jì)員工成長(zhǎng)培育途徑。
- 客戶和供應(yīng)商關(guān)系維護(hù):
- 定期拜訪一級(jí)貨代等重要供應(yīng)商及客戶,保持良好的合作關(guān)系。
- 其他工作:
- 完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上海運(yùn)、貨代行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)或國(guó)際海運(yùn)貨代行業(yè)市場(chǎng),有一定的海運(yùn)貨代資源;
3. 對(duì)于海運(yùn)出口操作團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理有方法論,具有較強(qiáng)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力,能夠管控團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的工作量、差錯(cuò)率、客訴率達(dá)到公司服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并有能力制定部門SOP和落地實(shí)施;
4. 熟悉客戶關(guān)系管理,有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警能力;
5. 英語(yǔ)能力良好,能夠和國(guó)外代理郵件或電話溝通;
6. 工作細(xì)致、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),性格開朗,可以承受工作壓力,具有獨(dú)立解決問題的能力和較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)、橫向及跨部門溝通能力強(qiáng)。
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Management:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ocean export department.
- Develop operational goals and work plans based on company decisions to ensure the completion of departmental tasks.
- Operations Monitoring:
- Inspect department work quality, formulate and implement strategies for controlling, preventing,and resolving exceptions.
- Regularly analyze and report internal operational data, identify issues, and propose solutions.
- Employee Management:
- Fully manage, allocate, and assess department employees.
- Facilitate team building and talent development.
- Training:
- Conduct business training for department employees.
- Assist the company in completing various employee training programs.
- SOP Improvement and Optimization:
- Improve and optimize ocean operation SOPs.
- Adjust system and team workloads regularly to ensure rational division of labor and efficient operations.
- Develop middle management and design employee growth pathways.
- Client and Supplier Relationship Maintenance:
- Regularly visit primary freight forwarders and important suppliers and clients to maintain good cooperative relationships.
- Other Duties:
- Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience
in the ocean shipping or freight forwarding industry in a similar role.
2. Familiar with the domestic or international ocean freight
forwarding market and have certain resources in the ocean freight forwarding
industry.
3. Have methodologies for managing ocean export operation
teams, strong management experience and capabilities, able to control team
members' workloads, error rates, and customer complaint rates to meet company service standards, and capable of formulating and implementing departmental SOPs.
4. Familiar with customer relationship management, with
strong team building and risk alerting capabilities.
5. Good English skills, able to communicate with foreign
agents via email or phone.
6. Detail oriented, meticulous, cheerful personality, able
to handle work pressure, have independent problem shooting skills and strong
teamwork awareness, with strong inter-departmental communication skills.
