工作內(nèi)容:Job Description
1,處理客戶訂單安排日常物流發(fā)貨及后續(xù)跟蹤。
Customers' order management and follow up
2, 管理庫存,制作相關(guān)報表
Monitior inventory report and make other related report
3,協(xié)助銷售維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,跟蹤解決配送過程中發(fā)生的問題
Maintaining and developing customer relationship. Handle all the problems during this process. Improving customer's satisfaction.
4,區(qū)域銷售和倉庫庫存跟蹤分析,及時安排貨物調(diào)撥申請
Stock analysis regularly and pass information to sales.
5,工作時間 13:00-20:00
要求:Requirement:
1,本科及以上學(xué)歷
Bachelor degree or above, major in customer service , logistics, trading
2,有客服或業(yè)務(wù)跟單經(jīng)驗。如有在酒店前臺工作經(jīng)驗者或是生鮮銷售助理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
1 year or above relevant working experience especial work as customer service or order follow up.
3,有耐心,脾氣好,能應(yīng)對不同客戶的要求。
Patience, good temper is necessary, can deal with different requirement from customer
4,英文四六級,聽力及書面良好。
English reading and listening is required.
5,熟悉辦公軟件
Good at MS software, especial excel.
