Key Responsibilities:
? Support project coordination: Assist in monitoring project schedules, tracking milestones, and updating documentation to ensure timely delivery.
? Facilitate PDLC alignment: Work closely with project managers and teams to organize documentation, meetings, and workflows related to the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
? Track project budgets and resources: Help maintain expense logs, resource allocation records, and flag discrepancies to the project manager.
? Assist with release schedules: Coordinate meeting agendas, follow-ups, and documentation for cross-departmental release planning.
? Stakeholder communication: Draft status updates, meeting minutes, and action items to ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders.
? Risk and issue logging: Identify and document potential risks or blockers, escalating them to the project manager with suggested solutions.
? Administrative support: Organize project files, tools, and dashboards (e.g., JIRA, Trello) to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
Qualifications:
? 1–2 years of experience in a project support, administrative, or coordination role (IT projects preferred).
? Basic understanding of project management principles and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Excel, Trello).
? Familiarity with documentation practices for PDLC or software development processes.
? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, or Scrum Fundamentals).
- Exposure to project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
- Basic knowledge of budget-tracking processes.
