第一學(xué)歷要求統(tǒng)招本科 保險經(jīng)紀(jì),地產(chǎn)銷售等不太合適,感謝配合 Implementation of sales strategies and activities with ambitious goals, lead to achieve sustainable sales(Capital equipment and Parts) KPIs, booking, revenue growth and market share increase with selected Terrasource products in assigned regions and industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: ? Develop and maintain customer relationship with EPC/DI and end users from Mining, Power and Chemical industries to approach new sales opportunities on both Capital equipment, Genuine Parts and Rebuild/service business ? Lead to further develop our existing and new sales channels, establish a solid and active direct sales & distributor network ? Lead to approach new potential market, identify customers’ needs, and provide them optimized solution and support ? Improve market share for selected Terrasource products in assigned regions ? Ensure Customer is in compliance with Terrasource terms and conditions of sales ? Coordinate with supporting functions to ensure the quality of product/service delivery ? Collaborate closely with other sales functions to achieve sales targets and drive to achieve customer satisfaction ? Carry out market investigation and provide relevant market information ? Carry out CRM, Sales Force and sales forecast ? Train, Coach and improve sales people’s competence in both technical and commercial aspects ? Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Education Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Skills/Experience ? A proven track record in sales with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales in Power & Mining or related industry and a minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management. ? Demonstrated ability in direct sales and distributor development ? Working experience of crusher and screening equipment sales in MNC would be plus.
