General Function職能作用
? Responsible for the design, development, testing and validation of Means engineered Electro-Mechanical Components. This includes, but is not limited to Linear Actuators, Solenoids, Magnets and Sensors.

? Can independently evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques. Receives instruction on specific assignment objectives and possible solutions. Work is reviewed for acceptance of engineering judgement. Can take a leading role in communication with suppliers and/or customers.

Duties and Responsibilities義務(wù)和職責(zé)
? Develop relationships with supplier’s design, development, quality and advanced product engineers.
與供應(yīng)商的設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工程師建立關(guān)系。
? Represent Means as the primary liaison for the products and engineers above. Actively participate in the resolution of product concerns.
作為上述產(chǎn)品和工程師的主要聯(lián)絡(luò)人，代表公司積極參與解決產(chǎn)品問題。
? Design and/or direct CAD operators in the design of new products. Submit design work requests as required to obtain support.
設(shè)計(jì)和/或指導(dǎo) CAD 操作員設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)需要提交設(shè)計(jì)工作請求，以獲得支持。
? Coordinate fabrication of prototypes. Assemble prototypes and document builds in conformance with customer/internal requirements.

? Work with R&D and clutch applications departments on development of new electrical component concepts.

? Develop component interface diagrams and design assumptions.
繪制組件界面圖和設(shè)計(jì)假設(shè)。
? Verify that designs/specifications meet all fit and functional requirements through analysis and testing. Verify that designs can be manufactured within specification.

? Establish test requirements and procedures. Request and direct product testing. Review test results, develop conclusions/recommendations, prepare reports, and communicate the above to appropriate internal customers.

? Approve and release component drawings and specifications for production.

? Participate in make/buy studies.

? Attend and actively represent Means Product Engineering in APQP meetings for tiered suppliers, internal operations, and customers.
出席并積極代表銘仕產(chǎn)品工程部參加分級供應(yīng)商、內(nèi)部運(yùn)營部門和客戶的 APQP 會(huì)議。
? Prepare DFMEAs for new products. Coordinate with Means manufacturing and quality to assure PFMEAs, control plans and process flows support DFMEAs and desired product specifications.
為新產(chǎn)品準(zhǔn)備 DFMEA。與生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保 PFMEA、控制計(jì)劃和工藝流程支持 DFMEA 和所需的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。
? Liaison with Means’ manufacturing, operations, and assembly personnel in the areas of quality, purchasing, product and process improvement.
在質(zhì)量、采購、產(chǎn)品和流程改進(jìn)方面與銘仕的制造、運(yùn)營和裝配人員保持聯(lián)絡(luò)。
? Assess competitive products and manufacturing processes to determine capabilities and performance characteristics.
評估競爭產(chǎn)品和制造工藝，以確定能力和性能特征。
? Support Means quality department with 8D problem solving as required.
根據(jù)需要支持質(zhì)量部門解決 8D 問題。
? Support preparation and maintenance of timing charts for various program phases.
支持編制和維護(hù)各計(jì)劃階段的時(shí)間表。
? Support the documentation and maintenance of lessons learned database.
支持記錄和維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)數(shù)據(jù)庫。
? Work with Purchasing and Sales for the preparation and completion of the quotation process. Coordinate efforts with suppliers as needed to facilitate the process.

? Must have working knowledge of Linear Actuators, Solenoids, Magnets and Sensors.

? Ability to comprehend and perform electro-magnetic virtual analysis of actuation and sensing systems.

? Strong Communication Skills.

? Able to interface effectively with automotive OEM’s and component suppliers.

Education教育
? Bachelors in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering required
要求電氣或機(jī)電工程學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位
Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
? 2.5 years minimum in Mechanical or Electrical engineering capacity
從事機(jī)械或電氣工程工作至少 2.5 年
? Experience in automotive driveline components is preferred
有汽車傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)組件經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
? Some general knowledge of automotive propulsion systems is preferred
具備一定的汽車推進(jìn)系統(tǒng)常識(shí)者優(yōu)先考慮
