主要職責(zé):
1. 品牌公關(guān)推廣資源管理與關(guān)系維護(hù),側(cè)重達(dá)人資源方向;
2. 品牌官方社交賬號(hào)管理與運(yùn)營(yíng),優(yōu)化內(nèi)容,持續(xù)提升品牌賬號(hào)影響力;
3. 產(chǎn)品日常推廣,重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品及新品推廣全方案的策劃與執(zhí)行;
4. 關(guān)注、分析行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),聯(lián)合同行業(yè)友商或跨界品牌建立合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏;
5. 配合團(tuán)隊(duì)完成品牌營(yíng)銷推廣的策劃、組織與執(zhí)行。
任職要求:
1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷,3年以上市場(chǎng)/公關(guān)/品牌推廣相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. 對(duì)公關(guān)傳播有自己的思考和理解,具備獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題、溝通協(xié)調(diào)各方資源的能力;
3. 策劃并負(fù)責(zé)過(guò)知名品牌公關(guān)推廣項(xiàng)目(需提供案例);
4. 對(duì)行業(yè)及消費(fèi)熱點(diǎn)有敏銳的洞察力,具備將流行趨勢(shì)與公關(guān)傳播相結(jié)合的能力;
5. 對(duì)工作積極主動(dòng),具備團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,有責(zé)任心,執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and operate the official social media accounts of the brand, optimize the content, and continuously enhance the influence of the brand accounts.
2. Conduct daily product promotion, plan and execute comprehensive promotion plans for key products and new products.
3. Manage and maintain public relations promotion resources, with a focus on influencer resources.
4. Pay attention to and analyze industry trends, collaborate with peer companies in the same industry or cross-border brands to achieve mutual benefits.
5. Collaborate with the team to plan, organize and execute brand marketing and promotion activities.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in marketing, public relations or brand promotion.
2. Have your own thoughts and understanding of public relations communication, and possess the ability to independently solve problems and communicate and coordinate various resources.
3. Have planned and been responsible for public relations promotion projects of well-known brands (cases need to be provided).
4. Have a keen insight into industry and consumer hotspots, and possess the ability to combine popular trends with public relations communication.
5. Be proactive at work, have team spirit, be responsible, and have strong execution ability.
