Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Procurement of IT hardware from manufactures and vendors
- Working in asset management and accounting systems to maintain asset records and PO's
- Staging and imaging PC’s - Windows and MAC
- IMAC – IT equipment Install/Move/Add/Change
- Shipping, receiving and disposal of IT equipment
- Inventory management of IT assets including asset auditing
- Warranty and non-warranty repairs and break/fix on PC’s and printers
- Maintain large quantities of new, spare and parts inventories of IT equipment
- Maintain minimum and maximum threshold levels of inventories of IT equipment
- Assist with coordination and logics of all transportation of IT equipment throughout region
Required Qualifications include:
- Reading and Writing English
- Service Now tool skills
- Windows and MAC hardware and software troubleshooting skills and experience
- Ability to complete all work tasks with minimal supervision
· Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload
- Ability to walk, bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties of packing and unpacking IT equipment
- Break/fix experience with the following PC hardware manufactures: Apple, Lenovo, Dell, HP.
- High level of flexibility and the ability to positively respond to changes in work requirements
- Ability to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential
- Good technical writing skills and a willingness to document all work performed
- Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
- Willingness and skills necessary to determine the solution & root cause of issue
Required Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate Degree or at least some college courses in related field (preferred)
Required Minimum Experience:
- A Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
