Financial Manager (Location: Shenzhen, CPA Required)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial spirit, overseeing company financial statements, budget system establishment, business planning, and budget execution under the leadership of the General Manager.
2. Coordinate financial resources with business strategies, and participate in the formulation and implementation of financial strategic planning.
3. Conduct risk assessments for major investments and business activities, provide guidance, monitor financial risks, and offer recommendations for risk control to senior management.
4. Manage cash flow, working capital, capital budgeting, and financial matters related to corporate mergers or divisions.
Qualifications:
1. **8+ years of financial work experience**, with comprehensive knowledge of financial accounting processes and tax regulations, fiscal policies, and legal requirements.
2. **Master’s degree or above** (preferably in finance/accounting), under 40 years old. Graduates from prestigious finance/accounting institutions or **For exceptionally outstanding individuals, their educational qualifications are extended to undergraduate level;
3. Mandatory:
-CPA certification (Non-negotiable requirement – do not apply without it)
-Intermediate Accountant or higher professional title
-Preferred: Additional certifications (ACCA, CMA, Tax Accountant, etc.)
4. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, and financial ERP systems (e.g., Yonyou, Kingdee)
5. High stability, loyalty, diligence,strong organizational/communication skills, and teamwork spirit;

崗位職責(zé)：
1、優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神，在總經(jīng)理領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，總管公司會(huì)計(jì)報(bào)表、企業(yè)預(yù)算體系建立、企業(yè)經(jīng)營計(jì)劃、企業(yè)預(yù)算編制、執(zhí)行與控制工作；
2、組織協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)資源與業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃的匹配運(yùn)作，公司財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定與實(shí)施；
3、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)重大投資項(xiàng)目和經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估、指導(dǎo)、跟蹤和財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制，向上級(jí)提出部門管理和經(jīng)營風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的建議；
4、負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)金流量管理、營運(yùn)資本管理及資本預(yù)算、企業(yè)分立或合并相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)事宜等；
任職要求:
1、8年及以上財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，全面掌握財(cái)務(wù)核算流程、核算特點(diǎn);熟悉稅收、法律法規(guī)、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼等相關(guān)財(cái)稅制度；
2、本科學(xué)士學(xué)位及以上，40歲以下，財(cái)會(huì)類專業(yè)或知名財(cái)會(huì)類院校畢業(yè)，碩士研究生優(yōu)先；
3、必須具備注冊會(huì)計(jì)師(CPA)證書(不符合條件者請(qǐng)不要投遞簡歷)、必須具備中級(jí)會(huì)計(jì)師及以上職稱，如有其他會(huì)計(jì)證書如ACCA、CMA、稅務(wù)師等優(yōu)先考慮；
4、熟練操作Word、Exce1、PPT以及用友、金蝶等大型ERP相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)信息系統(tǒng)；
5、穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)忠誠度高，踏實(shí)肯干能吃苦，具備良好組織、協(xié)調(diào)、溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
