崗位職責(zé) Job Responsibility
1、銷售管理職位,負(fù)責(zé)其指定領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主要目標(biāo)和計劃; Sales management position,be responsible for the main target and plan in its field.
2、制定、參與或協(xié)助上層執(zhí)行相關(guān)的政策和制度; Formulate,participate in or assistant the leader to carry out related policy.
3、負(fù)責(zé)部門的日常管理工作及部門員工的管理、指導(dǎo)、培訓(xùn)及評估; In charge of the department management daily and the management ,guidance,training and assessment of the employees in your department.
4、負(fù)責(zé)組織的銷售運(yùn)作,包括計劃、組織、進(jìn)度控制和檢討; be responsible for the organized sales ,including the plan, organization, the control of the procedure and the review.
5、協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)設(shè)置銷售目標(biāo)、銷售模式、銷售戰(zhàn)略、銷售預(yù)算和獎勵計劃; Assist the Sales director to set up the sales target,sales mode,sales strategy,sales budget and award scheme.
6、建立和管理銷售隊伍,完成銷售目標(biāo); Establish and manage the sales team and finish the sales target.
7、從銷售和客戶需求的角度,對產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)提供指導(dǎo)性建議。 to give the instructive advise on developing the product in the view of the customers
任職資格 qualification
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科等相關(guān)專業(yè); College or above, Science and engineering related major
2、3年以上銷售行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗,有上海市場醫(yī)療、科學(xué)儀器經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先; have sales experience for more than two years, those who have the Shanghai medical or scientific instruments market can be first
3、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關(guān)系,業(yè)績優(yōu)秀; have good resourse or relationship of customer ,have achievement.
4、具備較強(qiáng)的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力,分析和解決問題的能力; have the abilities to do the market analysis,marketing ,promotion and can get along well with others Have the abilities to analysis and solve the probiem
5、有較強(qiáng)的事業(yè)心,具備一定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。 Be very responsible for the career and have the ability to be a leader.
