About the job The Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining good business relationships with existing KAs and distribution channel in China region, and identify business opportunity to drive further growth. In your future role as “Key Account Manager-Paints& Coatings” you will · Develop and strengthen relationship with KAs, Identify and analyze sales tendency, competition situation and technology development in China region, and assist leader to plan and predict annual sales, make out annual sales budget (30%) · Understand and meet KAs real needs via providing appropriate products or value-added solutions to SOW enhancement or business penetration (25%) · Maintain/develop mature distribution network in China region for supplying to KAs and grow SoW (25%) · Gather market/customer information to help leader establish appropriate strategy to make business success (10%) · Define the target customers who value the value that we can provide, fully utilize flexible production capacity of NB, focusing on topline growth and absolute CM (10%) · Explore business opportunity and maintain existing business to enhance SOW. · Identify new opportunities, develop new solutions, manage and successfully deliver projects by closely working with TS team · Build and maintain relationships at various levels and across different functions at key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement · Visit customers (central office and plant locations) and complete visiting report into CRM for reviewing purpose · Sales negotiation basing on market situation to maximize profitability 【任職要求】 We believe you bring · >15 years’ commercial working experiences, ideally experienced in paints & coatings or building materials, road construction industry · >10 years’ key accounts development & management experiences, managing different level relationships · >10 years’ distributor management experiences · Negotiation skill · Interpersonal skills · Communication skills · Market and trend sensitive · Strategic thinking · Data analysis · Project management Great if you have · Accountability · Result orientation · Cooperation · Initiative · Integrity We believe you are... · Following through on commitments. · Relationship builder. · Able to multitask and prioritize. · Good problem solver. · Natural “l(fā)eader” and influencer.
