主要工作職責(zé)和內(nèi)容 Main Duties and Comtent :
1.訂單管理與跟單 負(fù)責(zé)從詢盤到收款的全流程:報(bào)價(jià),合同簽訂,生產(chǎn)跟蹤,物流安排,付款跟進(jìn),確保訂單數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確錄入系統(tǒng),確保交期和質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)。
Order management and follow-up Responsible for the entire process from inquiry to payment: quotation, contract signing, production tracking, logistics arrangement, payment follow-up, ensuring accurate entry of order data into the system, ensuring delivery time and quality standards.
2.客戶關(guān)系維護(hù) 定期與現(xiàn)有客戶保持聯(lián)系,了解市場(chǎng)反饋,處理客戶投訴與訂單問(wèn)題。推動(dòng)復(fù)購(gòu)和增購(gòu),提高客戶忠誠(chéng)度,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部確保訂單按時(shí)交付。 以上為前6個(gè)月主要工作職責(zé)。
Customer relationship maintenance Regularly maintain contact with existing customers, understand market feedback, and handle customer complaints and order issues. Promote repeat and additional purchases, increase customer loyalty, coordinate within the company to ensure timely delivery of orders The above are the job responsibilities for the first 6 months.
3.客戶開(kāi)發(fā)與銷售執(zhí)行 拜訪客戶,參加展會(huì)開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶,主動(dòng)聯(lián)系潛在客戶,介紹公司產(chǎn)品,提供報(bào)價(jià),跟進(jìn)談判直至成交。分析客戶需求,推薦合適的產(chǎn)品或解決方案,提高訂單轉(zhuǎn)化率
Customer development and sales execution Visit clients, participate in exhibitions, proactively contact potential clients, introduce company products, provide quotations, follow up on negotiations until a deal is reached. Analyze customer needs, recommend suitable products or solutions, and improve order conversion rates.
4.市場(chǎng)調(diào)研與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析 收集目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)的行業(yè)趨勢(shì)、客戶需求、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)。向公司反饋市場(chǎng)信息,協(xié)助調(diào)整銷售策略
Market research and competitive analysis Collect industry trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics of the target market. Provide feedback on market information to the company and assist in adjusting sales strategies.
五年職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑:國(guó)際銷售員-國(guó)際銷售主管-國(guó)際銷售經(jīng)理-國(guó)際銷售總監(jiān) Career development path in 5 years: International Sales - International Sales Supervisor - International Sales Manager - International Sales Director.
任職要求 Job Requirements:
1、10years + work experience, with international sales and customer service experience in the laminates industry is preferred.
2、Familiar with international trade processes and terminology, Customs and logistics.Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
3、Independent,rich cross-cultural negotiation and communication experience, and international business risk prevention ability.
4、Fluent in English, responsible, strong execution, skilled in cross-cultural communication, adapt ability, experienced in maintaining the relationship with existing customers and grow sales revenue, meticulous, Skills in Incoterms, Customs, payment methods and logistics process.
