Establish all necessary accouting working process/procedure for branch company to facilitate holding company's consolidation. 9. BADs management and discounting arrangement. 10. Responsible of timely and accurate tax filings 11. Maintain the relationship with bank, tax bureau, auditors and other government dept. 12. Support the periodical forecast & annual budget 13.
