Timely report and propose solutions to address the potential risks found in the process, such as quality, environment, occupational safety and health and etc. 3. 制作標準件的樣品模板，收集供應商樣品報告 Develop sample templates for standard parts and collect supplier sample reports 4. 支持銷售、客服部門，對特殊客戶進行出貨檢驗（按客戶要求進行型號，標簽，包裝防護質(zhì)量的確認），提供各類檢驗檢測報告 Support sales & customer service departments to carry out delivery inspection for special customers (confirm the model, label & packaging protection quality according to customer requirements), provide various inspection reports 5. 處理來料不良和客戶退貨的不良，負責跟供應商溝通，監(jiān)督、推動供應商及時處理不良品 Handle non-conforming incoming parts and customer return goods, communicate with suppliers, monitor and push suppliers to handle non-conforming parts in a timely manner 6. 協(xié)助CQE/SQE進行不良品的分析，調(diào)集內(nèi)外部資源（包括第三方）進行功能性測試，協(xié)助SQE管理不合格品賬目以及實物 Work with CQE/SQE in the analysis of nonconforming products, coordinate internal and external resources (including 3rd parties) for functional testing, and assist SQE to manage nonconforming product and related records 7. 協(xié)助CQE一起處理客戶投訴，排查庫存并通知供應商進行不良實物處理 Work with CQE to deal with customer complaints, check inventory, inform & ensure supplier to deal with the defective parts properly 8. 對超期存放，呆滯，盤盈庫存等異常物料進行質(zhì)量確認 Confirm the quality of abnormal parts such as overdue storage, slow-moving, inventory surplus, and etc. 9. 負責監(jiān)視和測量儀器管理及按時校準，編制新儀器設(shè)備的作業(yè)維護資料，妥善處置失效儀器量具 Be responsible for the management and timely calibration of monitoring and measuring instruments, prepare the operation and maintenance data of new instruments and equipment, and properly dispose of invalid instruments and measuring tools 10. 負責各種檢測報告、記錄的準備、歸檔和保管 Be responsible for the preparation, filing and storage of various test reports and records 11. 作為公司的ISO系統(tǒng)文件管理員以及文件控制中心（DCC）負責人，負責外來文件以及體系文件的受控管理，積極參加公司的內(nèi)外部審核 Be the owner of company's ISO system document and Document Control Center (DCC), responsible for the controlled management of external documents and system documents, actively participate in the company's internal and external audits 12. 負責培訓檢驗員，參與公司各項內(nèi)訓項目以分享知識和經(jīng)驗 Train inspectors and actively participate in various internal training projects to share knowledge and experience 13. 積極參與公司的持續(xù)改進項目，努力提高團隊工作效率和質(zhì)量 Actively particiapte in company’s continous improvement project, strive to improve inspection team’s efficiency and quality and drive for quality excellence 14. 經(jīng)理/公司安排的其他工作 Other assignments by the company/manager
