Responsibility: 1.Maintain current customer business, monitor sales trends & generate accurate forecast, develop customer needs to dig out more business opportunities.維護當前客戶業(yè)務,監(jiān)控銷售趨勢并生成準確的預測,開發(fā)客戶需求以挖掘更多商機。 2.Assist Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategy.協(xié)助銷售經(jīng)理制定和實施銷售策略。 3.Identify customer key person, build and maintain sounding customer relationship to ensure high customer satisfaction.確定客戶關(guān)鍵人物,建立并維護良好的客戶關(guān)系,確保高客戶滿意度。 4.Understand customer needs/issues to identify business opportunity and to propose value-based solution to key customers (ask the right questions to get insight). 了解客戶需求/問題,以確定商機,并向關(guān)鍵客戶提出基于價值的解決方案(提出正確的問題以獲得洞察力)。 5.Actively participate in customer’s R&D process and become a trusted advisor to customer hence to build a win-win long term relationship. 積極參與客戶的研發(fā)過程,成為客戶值得信賴的顧問,建立雙贏的長期關(guān)系。 6.Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers. 積極向客戶介紹和推廣Bufab數(shù)字化工具和物流解決方案。 7.Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to customers. 促進公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展,積極向客戶提出Bufab可持續(xù)價值。 8.Handle customers in a structure and smart way by prioritizing customers and developing sales plan. 通過優(yōu)先考慮客戶和制定銷售計劃,以結(jié)構(gòu)化和智能的方式處理客戶。 9.Creative selling in offering solution-based services to customers, assessing risks with effective planning and project management.創(chuàng)造性銷售,為客戶提供基于解決方案的服務,通過有效的規(guī)劃和項目管理評估風險。 10.Develop new customer and existing customer new business.開發(fā)新客戶和現(xiàn)有客戶的新業(yè)務。 11.Teamwork with Global Account Manager to achieve business targets of Global Accounts.與全球客戶經(jīng)理合作,實現(xiàn)全球客戶的業(yè)務目標。 12.Make sales RAC(Result/Activities/Competence) plan and improve sales activities to meet sales target & GP target.制定銷售RAC(結(jié)果/活動/能力)計劃并改進銷售活動,以達到銷售目標和GP目標。 13.Attend weekly (pipeline review)/ monthly (customer sales review)/ yearly (annual sales plan) sales meeting, complete business reports to Sales Manager in a timely manner.參加周(渠道審核)/月(客戶銷售審核)/年(年度銷售計劃)銷售會議,及時向銷售經(jīng)理完成業(yè)務報告。 14.Responsible for project management whenever needed, coordinate internal teams to ensure business landed. 隨時負責項目管理,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部團隊確保業(yè)務落地。 15.Serve as an adviser to the company’s Business Leaders and identify opportunity/risk for the company. 擔任公司商業(yè)領(lǐng)袖的顧問,為公司識別機會/風險。 16.Act as the internal trainer to share knowledge and skills when needed. 充當內(nèi)部培訓師,在需要時分享知識和技能。 17.Other tasks assigned by manager. 經(jīng)理安排的其他任務。 Education & Qualifications: 1.College degree or above, min. 5 years relevant sales working experience in an international company.大專以上學歷,5年以上國際公司相關(guān)銷售工作經(jīng)驗。 2.Knowledgeable of the C-parts management business is a plus.熟悉C-parts管理業(yè)務者優(yōu)先。 3.Experienced in managing and developing key customers.有管理和開發(fā)大客戶的經(jīng)驗。 4.Good command of English reading and writing, English speaking is a plus.良好的英語讀寫能力,能說英語者優(yōu)先。 5. Proficient in Microsoft softwares (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).精通微軟軟件(Word/Excel/Powerpoint)。 6.Frequent travelling is required.需要經(jīng)常出差。 Skill & Personality: 1.Good team player, but can also work under pressure in a fast pace environment. 良好的團隊合作精神,但也能在快速環(huán)境中承受壓力。 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders at various levels.優(yōu)秀的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠影響各個層面的利益相關(guān)者。 3.Solution based selling skills, good listener, outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.基于解決方案的銷售技巧,良好的傾聽者,出色的演講和談判技巧。 4.A proactive problem-solver and quick learner, result oriented.積極主動的問題解決者和快速學習者,注重結(jié)果。 5.Open minded, ambitious, enthusiasm, passionate for sales work.思維開闊,有抱負,有熱情,對銷售工作充滿熱情。 6.Excellent time and stress management skills, able to priotize important tasks to meet deadlines.出色的時間和壓力管理技能,能夠提前完成重要任務。 7.Fast, flexible and dedicate to meet customer needs.快速、靈活、專注于滿足客戶需求。 8.Good project management skills, able to handle complicated business situation under uncertain environment.良好的項目管理技能,能夠在不確定的環(huán)境下處理復雜的業(yè)務情況。
