職位描述
1.招生策略制定與執(zhí)行，負(fù)責(zé)潛在生源的落地轉(zhuǎn)化工作，確保招生目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)招生電話及線上線下報(bào)名接聽(tīng)及登記，為潛在生源及其家長(zhǎng)解答疑問(wèn)和相關(guān)信息指導(dǎo)，幫助學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)了解學(xué)校的教育特色、課程設(shè)置等。
3.收集招生數(shù)據(jù)，分析市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況，及時(shí)調(diào)整招生策略；參與對(duì)當(dāng)年招生生源狀況進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析，并對(duì)下一階段招生計(jì)劃安排提出建議。
4.協(xié)調(diào)組織招生相關(guān)工作，協(xié)助做好參與招生工作人員的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，具備教育招生相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)教育事業(yè)充滿熱情，尤其音樂(lè)領(lǐng)域，愿為音樂(lè)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展不懈努力。
2.需具備良好的溝通技巧和表達(dá)能力，能夠迅速且有效地處理招生過(guò)程中遇到的各種問(wèn)題，確保信息傳達(dá)的準(zhǔn)確性和高效性。
3.對(duì)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)保持高度敏感，能迅速捕捉行業(yè)信息和政策變化，并根據(jù)這些信息積極主動(dòng)調(diào)整招生工作策略。
4.具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和組織能力，能夠與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)成員緊密協(xié)作，共同完成任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the achievement of enrollment targets, focusing on converting prospective students into enrolled ones.
2. Handle admission inquiries via phone, online, and in-person registration, providing information and guidance to potential students and parents about the school's educational features, curriculum, etc.
3. Collect admission data, analyze market trends and competitors' situations, and adjust admission strategies promptly. Participate in detailed analysis of the current year's enrollment status and provide suggestions for the next stage of admission planning.
4. Coordinate and organize admission-related tasks, assist in conducting business training for admission staff.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above with relevant experience in education recruitment, passionate about education, especially in the field of music, and willing to make unremitting efforts for the development of music education.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of quickly and effectively handling various issues encountered during the admission process, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of information dissemination.
3. Highly sensitive to market dynamics, able to swiftly capture industry information and policy changes, and proactively adjust the admission strategies accordingly.
4. Possess teamwork spirit and organizational skills, able to collaborate closely with other team members to accomplish tasks and goals
