• Ensure the QM-System in the production:

• Quality control in production:

-Monitor quality status and quality key measures (scrap cost, complaints internal/external, Q-inventory, special approvals) , take activities if with deviations. -Handle customer complaints from both internal and external sources, coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions, and promptly submit analysis reports. -Non-confirming parts management, in the case of products suspected of being faulty, ensure that these are identified, contained, and blocked for further use. -Change management, validation in the case of new or changed product & process. -Drive continuous improvement in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability. -Organize fast response team to react to daily quality problem in the supported area, ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of problem solving. -Perform statistical analysis of quality data and take actions to improve product quality. -Prepare and control quality related instruction/standards in the shop floor, provide the necessary training. 生產(chǎn)中的質(zhì)量控制： -監(jiān)控質(zhì)量狀態(tài)和質(zhì)量關鍵措施（報廢成本、內(nèi)部/外部投訴、質(zhì)量庫存、特殊批準），如果有偏差，采取行動。 -處理來自內(nèi)部和外部的客戶投訴，協(xié)調(diào)根本原因分析和糾正措施，并及時提交分析報告。 -非確認零件管理，在懷疑產(chǎn)品有故障的情況下，確保對這些零件進行識別、控制和阻止，以供進一步使用。 -變更管理，在新產(chǎn)品或變更產(chǎn)品和工藝的情況下進行驗證。 在工藝流程、檢驗方法、防卡軛和工藝能力方面推動持續(xù)改進。 -組織快速響應團隊，對支持區(qū)域內(nèi)的日常質(zhì)量問題做出反應，確保問題解決的有效性和效率。 -對質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析，并采取措施提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 -在車間準備和控制與質(zhì)量相關的說明/標準，提供必要的培訓。 任職資格

• Background in Mechanical or material, full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
• Well known geometric tolerances, can drawing reading, and skilled in quality tools, eg SPC,MSA,8D etc.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the quality field of the automotive industry.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, clear logical thinking, proactive, and strong communication skills.
• English can be used as a working language.

機械或材料專業(yè)背景，本科以上學歷。 熟悉幾何公差，能讀懂圖紙，熟練使用SPC、MSA、8D等質(zhì)量工具。 至少3年汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量領域的工作經(jīng)驗。 抗壓能力強，邏輯思維清晰，積極主動，溝通能力強。 英語可以用作工作語言。
