Decompose annual/quarterly sales targets, develop specific execution plans, and ensure performance achievement; 3. Market Expansion: Lead the development of overseas markets, research international market demand, guide product registration (such as FDA, EMA, WHO certification), pricing, and promotion strategies, establish distribution networks or direct customer channels; 4. Customer development and maintenance: Expand overseas customers through exhibitions (such as CPHI), B2B platforms (such as ChemLinked), industry associations, and other channels, establish cooperation, follow up on key customer needs, coordinate with technical and production departments to provide customized solutions, improve repurchase rates, monitor competitor dynamics (prices, products, marketing strategies), and develop differentiated competition plans; 5. Compliance and risk management: Ensure export compliance, including product registration (such as REACH, FDA certification), document compliance (COA, MSDS, etc.), handle trade disputes (such as quality complaints, logistics issues), reduce legal and financial losses, pay attention to international policies (such as US China tariffs, green trade barriers), and develop response measures in advance; 6.
