Qualifications: - Chinese national with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). - At least 3 years of experience in procurement for shipbuilding, with expertise in sourcing materials for tug boats and yachts. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Knowledge of class requirements and shipbuilding processes.
