Responsibilities:
· New clients development / Sales leads follow-up. Establish
and execute long-term strategy with clients
· Prepare and Pre-plan the sales visits, timely feedback
customer information.
· Execute sales plan to meet / exceed the business targets
(budgets) outlined in KPIs.
· Analyze market and competition information. Feedback the
findings in the market/ from the customers in order to improve the overall
service level
· Maximize productivity through close cooperation with all
other involved counterparts within the organization
· Proactively work with different functional units in
pursuit of customer satisfactions resulted in total revenue improvement.
· In collaboration with team members to ensure the best
practices are shared.
· Drive MSC market share through close collaboration between
origin and destination、
· Provide inputs to the monthly client-specific sales report
and other ad-hoc reports required
· Prepare ad-hoc performance figures for specific
clients/trades/sales activities when requested
Requirements:
· College degree or above
· CET(College English Test) - 4
· 5-Year experience in shipping or related industry, sales
experience is preferrable
· Ability to work under great pressure and independently
· Strong teamwork and cooperation spirit
· PC literate in MS Office
