Your Responsibilities
1) Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs. Optimized quality, productivity and cost control Ensure technological development to have the latest technology update and sharing.
2) Initiate measures and solutions to reduce costs by minimizing wastes and errors, and increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
3) Standardize process flow and cost control. Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production). To have qualified equipment that fulfil the requirements Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean.
4) Manage and improve yield on HVM projects, task force to led yield improvement on assigned defect code or issues
5) Ensure HVM capability to meet multi-product/ project requirement, in terms of output and readiness for new ramp projects
6) Manage alternative CC materials & chemistry qualification (MCP cost saving) and initiate value-add cost improvement (VAM cost saving)
7) Manage process window and Optimize process flow to achieve define RPT improvement target
Your Profile
1) Degree from senior technical college in Mechanical/electronic/Chemical and Material engineering
2) Self-motivated ability to foster a cooperative work environment,
3) Extensive and professional experience in related industry advantageous
4) 3 or above years of experience in/as engineer or team leader in Printed Circuit Board or semiconductors industry
5) Fluent in English
6) Computer skills
7) Good communication and team spirits
8) Good leadership skills
9) Knowledge of QMS like IATF 16949
10) Knowledge of quality tool like APQP, FMEA,CP, SPC, PPAP,MSA
