1. Supplier Sourcing & Procurement Management 供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與采購管理
Your Profile

- Identify and evaluate new suppliers; negotiate pricing and terms aligned with customer expectations.
- 識別并評估新供應(yīng)商；根據(jù)客戶需求談判價(jià)格及合同條款
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, and our headquarters in Germany.
- 與德國總部、客戶及供應(yīng)商保持緊密溝通
- Manage supplier selection, request for quotations (RFQs), quotation analysis, and supplier recommendations.
- 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商篩選、詢價(jià)、報(bào)價(jià)分析及供應(yīng)商推薦
- Oversee new product development from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
- 跟進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品從立項(xiàng)到量產(chǎn)的全過程，確保項(xiàng)目按期完成
- Manage sample requests, production scheduling, and day-to-day project tasks.
- 管理樣品申請、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃及日常項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行
- Coordinate approvals for artwork, quotations, packaging, pre-production, and golden samples.
- 協(xié)調(diào)圖稿確認(rèn)、報(bào)價(jià)樣、包裝樣、試產(chǎn)樣及金樣等階段性審批流程
- Track production progress, working closely with factories to minimize delays and risks.
- 密切跟蹤工廠生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，降低延期和質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)
- Collaborate with QA/QC teams to address quality issues during production or inspections.
- 與 QA/QC 團(tuán)隊(duì)配合，及時(shí)處理生產(chǎn)或質(zhì)檢中的問題
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and to standard.
- 帶領(lǐng)跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì)完成目標(biāo)，激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)積極性與責(zé)任感
- Ensure accuracy and clarity of internal and external communications.
- 確保內(nèi)外部信息傳遞準(zhǔn)確、清晰
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- 專業(yè)、及時(shí)地回應(yīng)客戶詢問、反饋與投訴
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sourcing or project management in consumer electronics (e.g., cases, holders, cables, power banks, Bluetooth speakers, or smartphone accessories)
- 至少3年消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)（如保護(hù)殼、支架、線材、移動(dòng)電源、藍(lán)牙音箱或手機(jī)配件等）采購或項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- Proven leadership and team management experience, with the ability to drive accountability and high performance
- 有成熟的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力與團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能有效推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目和團(tuán)隊(duì)績效
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a fast and logical mindset

- In-depth knowledge of the smartphone accessories market and electronic product sourcing

- Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure
