JD of Quality Manager
Key Tasks：
1. Works together with other
departments to set up method to reach and guarantee the products quality.
和其它部門合作，建立產品質量保障體系；
2. Design, develop, and
implement plant quality system, lead all quality function activities (quality
assurance, quality control, quality processes), supervise all quality related
employees and conduct necessary quality training.
設計、開發(fā)和實施質量體系, 帶領所有與質量方面有關的行動（質量保證，質量控制，質量進程）,監(jiān)督所有與產品質量有關的人員,并進行必要的素質培訓；
3. Ensuring all
quality activities are carried out efficiently and effectively supporting the
plant’s operational and financial goals.
負責確保所有質量活動的高效開展，并確保其能有效的支持公司營運和財務目標的完成；
4. Respond to all
external and internal customer inquiries and concerns in an effective and
expeditious manner.
針對所有內部和外部客戶疑問，有效、謹慎的做出回應；
5. Enhancing product
flow through timely and efficient inspection procedures and realize Continuous
improvement systems.
通過及時有效的檢驗程序保障產品各過程的流通，實現系統的持續(xù)改進；
6. Work together with
Purchase department to implement supplier assessment and control the quality of
purchased parts.
和采購部門合作實施供應商考核，管控采購件的質量
Requirements:
1. A four-year
university graduate of technical degree, preferably in the quality field.
大學本科畢業(yè)，工科文憑，質量相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Over five years’
experience working in a manufacturing environment or in the quality field, over
three years’ experience in quality manager position.
5年以上制造業(yè)質量領域經驗，3年以上質量經理經驗。
3. Requires a thorough
knowledge of quality concepts including process control, analysis, be familiar
with ISO9001/ASME/CE/UL, PDCA, QC tools etc.
全面了解質量概念，包括流程控制分析. 熟悉了解ISO9001/ASME/CE/UL, PDCA, QC 工具（五大工具，七大手法）等。
4. Advanced computer
applications, good oral and written skills, good time management skills.
熟練使用計算機，英語流利,掌握時間管理技巧。
5. Strong problem
solving, leadership and good communication skill.
擅長解決問題，有領導力和擅長交流。
