· Maintain existing customers and develop new customers
維護(hù)現(xiàn)有的客戶/開發(fā)新客戶
· Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services respond to more complex customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority, and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
評(píng)估顧客的需求;提供滿足顧客要求的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);在職權(quán)范圍內(nèi)協(xié)商價(jià)格和運(yùn)輸時(shí)間;完成銷售任務(wù)
· Coordinate the technical support between customers, prospects and the technical department when needed
· 在顧客及潛在顧客和技術(shù)部門之間進(jìn)行必要的技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)
· Research, identify and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and build the business relationship
· 研究、確定和聯(lián)系潛在的客戶,并與其建立積極的關(guān)系
· Refer sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
· 及時(shí)的將銷售導(dǎo)向,顧客反饋及市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)情況反映給公司相關(guān)部門以便回應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化和顧客需求。
· Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
· 與主要顧客建立長(zhǎng)期的銷售業(yè)務(wù)往來;監(jiān)測(cè)和適應(yīng)銷售市場(chǎng)變化以便達(dá)到銷售目的
· Establish quarterly, monthly and weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities so the targets can be met
· 建立季度、月和周銷售計(jì)劃;確立銷售目標(biāo),安排銷售活動(dòng)
The Regional Sales Executive will report to the Country Manager.

· Degree holder. Engineering / Mechanical and Electrical background, or Commercial backgrounds with technical understanding is preferable.
· 本科及以上學(xué)歷。機(jī)械或電氣專業(yè);擁有機(jī)械背景的管理專業(yè)者優(yōu)先
· Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track record within the industrial
· 兩年以上銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),并在所在行業(yè)中有良好地銷售業(yè)績(jī)
· environment , experience from the laundry or hotel industry is an advantage
· 有與洗衣房,酒店相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷的將優(yōu)先考慮
· Strong performance and customer driven, be able to work independently and a good team player.

· Integrity, royalty, responsible and professional attitudes

· Comfortable at intensive travel schedule. (Travel time will be up to 60% of the working hours)
· 能夠適應(yīng)頻繁的出差 (出差占工作時(shí)間的60%)
· Advance English skills in both writing and spoken. Average computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
· 熟練的英語口語和書寫能力;計(jì)算機(jī)水平中等;熟悉MS Office的使用
