General Description: The DMPK Department of BeiGene is seeking an experienced individual contributor of the large molecule Bioanalytical scientist at its newly established Shanghai Research Center. The successful candidate must have in depth knowledge of quantitative measurement or qualitative understanding of large molecules using ELISA or LC-MS/MS, deliver high quality and timely scientific support to the study. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for pharmacokinetic and bio-sample analysis for mabs, BsAbs, ADCs and fusion proteins, during drug research and development;
• Proficient in the use and maintenance of microplate reader, MSD and LC-MS/MS;
• Responsible for the establishment of bioanalytical methods and bioanalysis in various biological matrix;
• Responsible for data processing, analysis and report writing;
• be still in hands-on experimental operation

Requirements:

• Master degree in Biochemistry/Biology/Cell Biology/Pharmacokinetics or a related scientific field;
• Experience in the development of biologics such as monoclonal antibodies, ADC or bispecific Ab.
