Job Responsibilities
1. Market and Customers: Be responsible for the promotion and sales of agricultural materials products in Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe (especially in Vietnam). Analyze market dynamics and explore the market. Maintain customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Order Management: Negotiate and determine contract terms such as prices, delivery dates, etc. Follow up on the execution of orders, coordinate internal resources of the company, and handle order changes and abnormal situations.
3. Channel Cooperation: Look for agents and distributors in the target markets, establish sales channels, provide necessary support and training, and promote product sales.
4. Research and Analysis: Collect, analyze industry information, competitors' dynamics, and customer demand information, and provide suggestions for product research and development and strategic adjustments.
5. Team Management: Manage the foreign trade business team, set goals and work plans, assign tasks, train and guide team members, motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
1. Languages: Vietnamese nationality is preferred. Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English. Those who understand the languages and cultures of some countries in Southeast Asia, Africa, or Europe are preferred.
2. Experience: With more than 3 years of foreign trade experience. Those with experience in Southeast Asian, African, or European markets, or those who are familiar with the market rules in Vietnam are preferred.
3. Knowledge: Familiar with the international trade processes, relevant laws, regulations, and policies of agricultural materials. Understand the market situation and technical characteristics of the products, and master marketing and negotiation skills.
4. Abilities: Have strong market development and customer management abilities. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Be able to analyze and solve problems.
5. Others: Have good professional ethics, be honest and trustworthy, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be proficient in using office software and relevant business systems.
