門證辦理航材物流對接跟蹤裝修材料流轉(zhuǎn)
Responsibilities:
職責(zé):
? Responsible for handling badges for personnel, materials, tools, and aircraft parts (including access badges, material applications, and goods in/out approvals), ensuring compliance.
? 負(fù)責(zé)人員、材料、工具及航材的出入通行證辦理(含門證、航材申請、物資進(jìn)出審批等),確保合規(guī)性。
? Follow up on the entire aircraft material entry process, including document review, warehouse coordination, and logistics to ensure efficiency.
? 全程跟進(jìn)航材入廠流程,涵蓋資料審核、入庫對接、物流協(xié)調(diào)等環(huán)節(jié),保障流程高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
? Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., government offices, industry partners) to resolve procedural obstacles in badges and material entry.
? 對接外部機(jī)構(gòu)(如政務(wù)部門、行業(yè)協(xié)作單位),解決辦證及航材進(jìn)廠中的流程障礙。
? Track approval of renovation and repair materials to ensure compliant circulation and meet project timelines.
? 跟蹤裝修、維修材料審批,推動材料合規(guī)流轉(zhuǎn),滿足項目進(jìn)度需求。
? Independently handle inquiries from domestic and international clients (via email and phone), provide professional responses, and record feedback.
? 獨(dú)立處理中外客戶的咨詢(含郵件、電話溝通),提供專業(yè)解答并記錄反饋。
? Assist maintenance/ technical departments in relaying client requirements and feedback to ensure consistent communication.
? 協(xié)助維修等技術(shù)部門傳遞客戶需求、反饋進(jìn)度,確保內(nèi)外信息同步。
? Organize certification records, client information, and material documentation systematically for easy access and traceability.
? 系統(tǒng)化歸檔辦證資料、客戶信息、航材文件等,確??勺匪菖c便捷查詢。
? Maintain a professional image and high service standards when dealing with clients, partners, and government entities to uphold the corporate brand.
? 在對接客戶、合作方及政府機(jī)構(gòu)時,展現(xiàn)專業(yè)形象與高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)服務(wù)意識,維護(hù)企業(yè)品牌。
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS 任職資格:
? Associate degree or above; majors in aviation, logistics, or administrative management preferred.
? 大專及以上學(xué)歷,航空、物流、行政管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
? Age: 23-35 years old, with a stable career outlook and mature communication skills.
? 年齡:23-35歲,具備穩(wěn)定職業(yè)狀態(tài)與成熟溝通能力。
? Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to communicate across languages independently (e.g., foreign emails, client reception).
? 英語聽說讀寫流利,可獨(dú)立完成對外溝通(如涉外郵件、客戶接待)。? Strong multitasking and process management skills, adept at handling complex approvals and multi-party collaboration.
? 擅長多任務(wù)處理與流程推進(jìn),能高效應(yīng)對復(fù)雜審批及多方協(xié)作場景。? Familiar with document review and material handling processes, with a meticulous work attitude.
? 熟悉文件審查、物料管理流程,具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度。
? Prior experience in administration, customer service, aviation, or material management is preferred; understanding of industry regulations is a plus.
? 有行政、客戶服務(wù)、航空或航材管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,了解行業(yè)審批規(guī)則者尤佳。? Presentable, personable, and professionally composed; able to handle frequent external communication.
