工作職責(zé):
1.Responsible pre-sales and after-sales technical promotion work
負責(zé)域售前/售后技術(shù)支持工作;
2.Solve customer’s technical problems and complaints promptly
解決區(qū)域內(nèi)客戶技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品投訴問題;
3.Conduct Customer training for products application
負責(zé)客戶產(chǎn)品知識及產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用培訓(xùn),學(xué)術(shù)會議組織及執(zhí)行;
4.Collect market information and provide product analysis from a technical perspective
收集市場信息并進行產(chǎn)品比對分析;
5.Visit client regularly and feedback customers information the local sales
定期拜訪客戶,將客戶信息反饋給當(dāng)?shù)劁N售;
6.Instruments installation and maintain
儀器安裝及維護。
任職要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Clinical Diagnostics or life science discipline or equivalent
本科及以上學(xué)歷,醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗及生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)
2.Good communications ability
良好的溝通能力
3.Minimum 2 years working experience, preferable in technical support for medical or biotechnological area.
2年以上醫(yī)療和生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域技術(shù)支持工作經(jīng)驗
4.Excellent team work spirit, adapted to travel
具備的團隊合作精神,適應(yīng)出差
