What you will be responsible for:
? Optimization and expansion of the existing Quality Management System as well es related instruments, methods, and key figures
? Establishment and maintenance of Quality documents
? Initiation and supervision of process and quality improvement projects within the entire APAC region
? Definition and monitoring of QHSE KPIs, as well as deriving and driving corrective measures from these KPIs
? Overviewing and realization of internal and external audits. (system/process)
? Contact/escalation person for clients, employees, and supplier
? Training/Mentoring for executives and new employees about QM methods
? Cooperation with Head of HSE/ESG in overlapping safety projects
? Driving actively implementation of quality initiatives (tools and methodologies) in region APAC
? Overview major customer and supplier claims and support and drive corrective action
? Being centralized high level quality contact for major customer and supplier issues
? Create regular quality reports to VP Quality Management;
About You:
? University degree or equivalent
? Further training as a quality representative in the respective standards and audit qualification (1st and 2nd auditor); Experienced in the usage of core tools (5why, ppap, apqp, etc)
? Experience in basic statistics ( cpk/MSA)
? Profound professional experience in setting up and developing quality management systems, experience in dealing with the standards DIN EN ISO 9001, 45001 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
? Profound knowledge about quality core tools and methodologies.
? Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis tools.
? Usage of statistical tools
? Leadership experience.
? Fluent English, written and spoken
? Teamwork and communication skills, organizational skills, and a high degree of resilience distinct achievement motivation
