Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders toaddress inquiries and resolve issues
- Prepare and arrange payment on time
- Reconcile AP transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare AP reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation.
- Support the AP team in various administrative tasks and projects.
- Support the implementation of accounts payable process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese.
- Good sense of urgency and prompt actions.
- Proficient in AP software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in a similar role within a multinational corporation.
- Knowledge of AP best practices and regulatory requirements.
