Sales Supervisor / 銷售主管 (工業(yè)機(jī)械及其安全部件)

【崗位職責(zé)】
1. Develop the TIC business (CE Certification, TüV Mark, Functional Safety etc), such as Machinery and its safety component etc.
開發(fā)工業(yè)機(jī)械及其安全部件的測試認(rèn)證服務(wù)(例如CE,TüV Mark,功能安全);
2. All activities focus on meet or exceed sales targets.
完成銷售目標(biāo)為首要職責(zé);
3. Establish and execute sales plans and action by referring to the annual sales plan and targets of the company, and make monthly reports.
根據(jù)公司年度銷售計(jì)劃,制定相應(yīng)的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和方案并有效實(shí)施,并做好每月的工作總結(jié),匯報(bào);
4. Constantly communicate and visit client and make visit record. Collect and report market and competitors information
定期拜訪客戶并做好客戶拜訪記錄,及時(shí)反饋市場信息和競爭對手情況;
5. Follow up the projects. Liaise with customers and internal technical teams or align with extended internal teams to ensure timely and smooth services.
對進(jìn)行的項(xiàng)目全程跟蹤,協(xié)調(diào)公司其他部門確保項(xiàng)目及時(shí)順利完成;
6. Perform other duties assigned by manager.
完成上級指派的其它任務(wù)。
【任職要求】
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation and relevant disciplines will be preferred.
本科或本科以上學(xué)歷;機(jī)械、電氣、機(jī)電、自動(dòng)化專業(yè);
2. 3+ years’ sales experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry or related area.
3年或以上檢測認(rèn)證行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Solid negotiation, communication and persuasion skills.
善于溝通,良好人際溝通與商務(wù)談判能力
4. Knowledge of English, written and spoken.
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
5. Team working spirit
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
