工作職責(zé):
Receiving and fulfilling customer orders including obtaining CofA's, SDSs, logistics arrangements, shipping documents,
Receiving and resolving customer problems related to customer orders, transportation, warehouse replenishment,
Interacting with Customers, Warehouse and Logistics companies, ADC customer service, quality, R&D functions.
Distribute SDSs to customers as necessary
Special Assignments from Supervisor (which may include working directly with specific Business Unit Leaders and or overnight travel to customers/tradeshows)
Maintain documentation for customer specific processes shipping terms, contact information, shipping procedures, special customer requests,
Education: Relative to customer service, supply chain and logistics -3 years experience
Related Experience: Familiar with order transactions, warehouse processes, transportation, logistics, order entery , pcustomer purchase order
Training/Competence: Computer software skills, excellent communication skills, bi lingual Chinese and English
Computer/Software: Excel, Word, JD Edwards, Nissin, other Microsoft applications
