簡(jiǎn)述主要職責(zé):
負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部IT設(shè)備, 網(wǎng)絡(luò)與電話系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);公司內(nèi)有關(guān)IT領(lǐng)域日常問(wèn)題的處理與解決.;負(fù)責(zé)公司PC機(jī)防病毒問(wèn)題的處理;依照公司的要求及時(shí)有效完成工作;
詳述主要職責(zé):
· 確保公司上網(wǎng)線路及VPN連接的正常運(yùn)行;并管理和設(shè)置員工的上網(wǎng)權(quán)限;
· 負(fù)責(zé)公司的所有計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備(臺(tái)式機(jī),筆記本和智能手機(jī))的技術(shù)支持及問(wèn)題的處理,包括硬件與軟件問(wèn)題;
· 對(duì)公司網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持與問(wèn)題的處理;
· 負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)公司的防病毒工作,包括所有的分公司;
· 公司布線系統(tǒng)的支持與調(diào)整,并及時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)文檔進(jìn)行更新;
· 對(duì)公司內(nèi)打印機(jī),傳真機(jī),復(fù)印機(jī)和其它IT設(shè)備的支持及問(wèn)題處理;
· 負(fù)責(zé)公司電話系統(tǒng)的支持及問(wèn)題的處理;
· 負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)于新進(jìn)員工計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備與安裝;
· 依據(jù)公司的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和Internet訪問(wèn)的政策加以實(shí)施,以確保公司的資源可以得到有效的使用;
· 負(fù)責(zé)管理與維護(hù)整個(gè)公司的Cisco無(wú)線設(shè)備通訊,包括辦公區(qū)域和生產(chǎn)區(qū)域;
· 對(duì)于分公司的IT需求提供支持,依據(jù)其情況提供方案,并協(xié)助實(shí)施;
· 根據(jù)工作需要,完成IT經(jīng)理安排的其他工作;
崗位要求:
教育背景及專業(yè)知識(shí)
大學(xué)或等同學(xué)歷水平,計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè);
相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
·2年以上計(jì)算機(jī)領(lǐng)域的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括硬件,軟件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備;
·熟悉Cisco產(chǎn)品,例如Cisco ASA防火墻,路由器及網(wǎng)絡(luò)交換設(shè)備等;
·熟悉Windows操作系統(tǒng),并熟悉相關(guān)的協(xié)議,如TCP/IP, SMTP, IPSEC等;
·擁有相關(guān)的專業(yè)認(rèn)證,如Cisco CCIE證書,微軟MCSE等;
·有快速學(xué)習(xí)的能力,愿意在工作需要時(shí)在特定時(shí)間配合工作;
·良好的理解和溝通能力,并與其他同事可以進(jìn)行配合;
語(yǔ)言能力
具有基本的英文聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力;

Job description in brief:
Responsible for the normal running of IT equipments, network and Telephone system; Daily maintenance and troubleshooting on IT area; Responsible for the anti-virus tasks for the Sever /Clients side; effectively finish the jobs based on the company’s requirements.
Detail description:
· Make sure the running of Internet line, and VPN connection etc. and manage the Internet right issue;
· Responsible for IT support all computers (PC, Laptop and smartphone) and troubleshooting; include the hardware and software;
· Daily troubleshooting for network system;
· Responsible for all anti-virus tasks, include all branch offices;
· Cabling work on-site coordination and update cabling document if necessary;
· Basic troubleshooting on the Printer, FAX, Copy machine and other IT equipment;
· Responsible for the basic adjustment and Troubleshooting on telephone PABX, adjust users’ right on Telephone, and user location adjustment;
· Responsible for the computer prepare and installation for new employees;
· Implement the company’s policies on the network security and Internet Access to make sure the effective using of company’s resource;
· Provide the technical support all representative office on IT area, and provide the suggestions;
· Responsible for the Cisco wireless devices, include the office building and workshop;
· Support IT issues of the branch offices, and provide the solution, help to implement and troubleshooting;
· Implement and process the tasks, which the company management / IT Manager arrange specially;
Position Qualification Requirement:
Education & Professional Background
University Graduate in Computer Science or related discipline
Relevant Experience
· 2+ years work experiences on IT area; familiar with the computer hardware, software and network equipment;
· Familiar with Cisco product, such Cisco ASA firewall, Router, switch devices etc.;
· Be familiar with Microsoft Windows system, Internet Protocols, like TCP/IP, SMTP, IPSEC, etc.
· Having the professional certificate, such as CCIE, MCSE etc.:
· Ability for learning new technology and knowledge, could work on the special time if need;
· Excellent understanding ability and interpersonal skills;good at teamwork;
Language Skills
Have the basic ability in both oral & written English;
