Team Construction and Management
- Manage the local team and improve team productivity.
- Set KPIs and clear objectives for the team.
- Conduct quarterly reviews with the team on KPIs.
- Create teamwork, have regular meetings, open communication and feedback sessions
- Recruit new team members and lead them quickly.
Business Development & Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies and commercial action plan for our products in Asia Pacific.
- Develop annual sales budgets.
- Drive revenue growth and improve the Company’s market position with the international team.
- Identify new opportunities and have a passion sourcing new customers for the group.
- Actively develop new customer segments (e.g. plastics/water treatment/personal care/food (vitamin C, etc.)/agri-food (pesticides) industries).
- Pay attention to industry dynamics and adjust sales strategies in time to adapt to market changes.
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies, including customized service solutions, customer hierarchy management, etc., in order to expand market share to enhance the company's influence.
Supply Chain Management
- Maintain good relationship with existing suppliers and conduct regular communication and exchange to understand the latest developments and needs of suppliers.
- Formulate supplier appraisal plan and arrange regular visits to suppliers.
Communication & Interaction
- Interact closely with product managers, supply chain and quality teams in Europe and Shanghai.
- Attend meetings/trade fairs as required.
- Follow the procedures and have an updated ERP system.
- Work and manage in line with the corporate values.
Education/Work Background
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in chemistry.
- At least 10 years of work experience, of which at least 8 years in the chemical and other related industries, at least 3 years of international sales experience in the chemical industry.
- Rich experience in business development and sales in the chemical industry, familiar with the characteristics of the industry and market operation rules.
- Good customers resources in life sciences/materials science/plastics/water treatment/personal care/food (vitamin C, etc.)/agri-food (pesticides) industry.

- Experienced in team building and management, good at team construction and talent development.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members to realize their potential.
- Entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit, willing to take risks and make decisions.
Characteristics
- Self-disciplined, energetic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently.
- Presentable, customer oriented with a proactive service attitude.
- Willing to work overtime when required to cope with European time zones.
Language skills
- Proficient in English as a daily working language, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Ability to communicate and work smoothly with international teams.
- Cantonese is preferred.
Computer Skills
- Proficient in using basic office software.
- Ability to use ERP system.
Finance and industry related regulations
- Familiar with basic accounting and financial management principles, able to read and understand basic financial statements, and able to make sales budgets.
