The structural Engineer has a broad knowledge about structural validation and structural design principles. Main areas of responsibility: ?Execution of structural calculations of secondary structures, primarily access components, ensuring that it is performed according to applicable design guideline/rules/basis. ?Close collaboration with project organization to contribute to deliver projects effectively and on time. ?Gather inputs from stakeholders on requirements. ?Together with design engineers take ownership of assigned components within Agile team. ?Review on work done by other structural engineers according to inhouse review process definition. Qualifications & Competences: ?B.Sc or M.Sc in mechanical engineering or corresponding professional experience with a minimum of 8 years of experience within the structural field ,preferably from the wind industry. ?Experience within Ansys, APDL, Python and are familiar with Eurocode and common guidelines and standards. ?Approach the work with a thorough and structured mindset. ?Possess the ability to think outside the box and devise innovative solutions to overcoming challenges. ?Independent and proactive self-starter, taking ownership of own projects and persistently pursue goals. ?Striving in a cross-functional, international setting and understanding team dynamics. ?Possess strong communication skills in English, orally and in writing.
