Cooperate with EE to arrange the QC of the machine and make sure the machine meet the requirement of production after PM. 崗位要求： 1. 碩士及以上學(xué)歷，微電子、工科類相關(guān)專業(yè)； Master's degree or above, major in microelectronics, engineering; 2. 5年以上半導(dǎo)體行業(yè) 離子注入工藝工作經(jīng)驗。 5+ years’ experience in ion implant process. 3.有較好的英文讀寫能力； Fluent in reading & written English; 4.熟練使用office辦公軟件; Competent in using MS-Office software; 5. 有MEMS相關(guān)經(jīng)驗可以優(yōu)先考慮。 Those with relevant experience in MEMS will be given priority
